Room was extremely dirty. Was king suite at the end of the property and it had that feel of not being used in a long time and dirt just accumulating everywhere. You know the vibe when its the room staff use when they have time off and dont clean it after, as nobody uses it anyway.. (not saying that happened, but it felt like it) Here is an incomplete list of the issues: Single time use items was clearly refilled without even bothering washing of the dirt from the previous user. Balcony and door handles black of dirt. Hair left in both showers. Cutlery had burnt in food on it. All surfaces had a layer of dust on it. Toothpaste stains on the bathroom counters. Washing machine room had old cable ties laying on the floor. Smoke alarm kept beeping as battery was low. Was given a lousy 15% refund after complaining.

I really bad stay with this property. They had me a downgraded room and didn’t say anything until I called from the room after checking in. The doors didn’t work so I was never provided a room key and someone had to come to my room each time gain access. The room was also dirty.

This was a very poor experience. Room wqs dirty, hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. Dried up spilled juice and garbage on the floors. Reached the front desk, they moved us to another room that had the same issues. Called multiple times to the front desk and were told housekeeping were coming to which they did not until we made several trips up to the front desk to apply pressure. Almost 2 hours later someone showed up and did a quick vacuum. This unfortunately was a very disappointing experience and as a result would not stay here again.
