Room wasn’t ready until almost 4:30, no compensation offered. Walk in spa appointments not offered and nothing was available online, even though hotel seemed mostly empty. Room was gorgeous and spacious. However, had tech issues with tv which necessitated an evening visit to program a new remote, as the room was missing one. Not bad overall but won’t stay again, particularly not at this price.

The initial room we were assigned had a heavy smell of cigarettes. They changed the room however left me questioning the quality controls that are in place. Housekeeping and maintenance should have alerted this fact. We were then placed in a room on the second floor, and after the second day, the elevator stopped working. We called to advise the front desk, but until we left, there was no resolution and no signs indicating the status. We had to call twice for additional towels and toilet paper. Overall, excellent location however, the hotel needs to work on their quality control

The room was comfortable, but noticed that it was not as clean if you were to compare to a Marriott or Hilton hotel. Bed sheets were dirty, bathrooms were not fully clean. I walked barefoot in the room and my feet were black since it doesn’t show that it was swept or cleaned. The cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory. AC had to be dropped down to 60 degrees to maintain a good temperature since it wasn’t that cold. I previously stayed at a TownePlace and AC was at 69 which was freezing. 60 degrees at this room felt like a room temperature of 70. I think there may be an issue with the AC unit. I was unable to contact front desk from the landline. For the location of this hotel, it looked nice from the outside but the rooms need more attention. I had a great experience and was comfortable.

My go to hotel when travelling back from Miami. Parking is steep if you don’t book directly with hotel. Should not have to pay to park to stay at a hotel. This is the first time I have had to pay staying at the hotel

Property was not clean before arrival, addressed issue with the front desk and they said they would send someone to do deep cleaning, it never happened. cups very dirty in the kitchen hot water was not working in the main bathroom, shower handle came off, and on other bathroom sink faucet was loose in the other bathroom. Overall, not a pleasant experience will not repeat at this property.
