The only negative was the elevator. I waited for 45 minutes on the 6th floor with 2 large & 2 small pieces of luggage. Only 2 working elevators. By the time the elevators got to the 6th floor, they were full. I couldn’t take the stairs, I am 71. My uber driver left but Carlos got a taxi for me and had the taxis wait until I got downstairs. Thank God.

Sorely lacking elevator capacity. Had to wait on average 20 minutes to get to and from your room. It felt like you were trapped in the building. Unless you really like stairs or fighting your way onto a cramped elevator, full of angry. passengers, I would not recommend this place.

Not all of the elevators were working, you had to wait 10-15 minutes for them. Otherwise a nice property

Hampton inn & suites Brickell

Clean rooms, extra amenities, pleasant staff, 2x free drinks vouchers, central location, located near restaurants, 25 mins from Port Miami, good sized rooms. Outside pool, really lovely area to sit Good variety for breakfast. We didnt like the cardboard crockery and paper cups for the cost of the stay but we can appreciate the possible reason why the hotel do this however we felt this lowered the standard. The worse thing was the lifts. Waited over 45 minutes for space in a lift to bring down our cases to depart the hotel. My partner had to carry the cases down many many flight's of stairs due to no room in the lift. Other guests seemed to be forced to do.the same, some alot less minile than ouselves. . Had we not done this we would have missed our uber

First time staying in Miami

Great spot in the middle of Downtown Miami/Brickell. Staff was amazing! Room had a great view of the city! Easily able to walk anywhere we wanted
