Housekeeping not up to Marriott standaards
I was disappointed with my stay. I hold Marriott hotels to a higher standard than other hotels. House keeping was absolutely lousy. Asked on one occasion to have our room serviced, they never arrived. On a different occasion, I asked to have the shower gel soap replenished which I asked them to do right away and in my presence which they did but they had to put the shower rug inside the shower in order to not dirty up the bathroom. The lady placed a tag outside the room with the specific request to have the shower rug replaced which went unserviced, the note was left where the housekeeper placed it.

Direct access to the mall, beautiful clean and modern hotel. Only downside was the reception during checkin wasn’t the most friendly and housekeeping needs to knock when they see a “do not disturb” sign on the door before they enter. But overall great hotel and convenient.-
