Loud people drinking and partying until 3:15 am near the pool. I couldn’t sleep. I called reception and they did nothing to address the issue. There are better options in the area. I will not be returning.

Woke up with painful spider bites. The restaurant was not good at all for the price and the forced 18% gratuity. I would’ve left more of a tip if I had freedom of choice instead of force

There’s zero sound proof in this hotel. We can hear people walking, flushing of toilets, tap running, shower, door closing, people upstairs using blow dryer, people talking, screaming, laughing out loud at 2-3am. Multiple times throughout the night. Wouldn’t recommend if you are wanting a restful night.
