The staff was good and the bartender in the restaurant was awesome, but besides that the experience was quite average, especially for almost 200 dollars a night. The room was very small, the bathroom was very tiny. The elevators were super slow and there is only 2 of them for the whole hotel, no elevator for the employees. And the automatic door didn't work in the front so it very inconvenient to enter the hotel as well.

It’s very old,very unorganized, elevators are old they’re slow they expect you to lug your luggage up and down 13,14 or more depending on your location flights of stairs. For the cost of a night stay, it’s definitely not worth it would never go back there again.

Misleading photos that are nothing like what we actually got. Concealed additional fees for amenities you don't get(the gym was pathetic, machines didn't work and missing weights). Disintegrating furniture in room(headboard). Room was only cleaned once despite having the sign up. Dirty beds. Burnt out letters on both signs. Pretty unsafe feeling area in the immediate vicinity of the hotel with constant police presence. Overwhelming smell of marijuana in the elevators and throughout the hotel. When we left, I had to limp down 9 flights of stairs(I'm recovering from surgery) because we waited 10 minutes for the broken elevator that just wouldn't come. This place barely deserves 2 stars. For the money you can do better in Brickell.

Reservation screw up!
Arrive after booking and told booking cancelled. I was told the reason the booking was cancelled my credit card didn't clear and they have no rooms available. (That was because I had fraudulent charges on the card and was issued a new one.) The hotel said they sent one text message to my wife's phone informing of us of same. My wife says she never got the text message. So Saturday Feb.3 at 5 PM in downtown Miami we have to find a hotel. Just a little annoying. No e-mail, no feedback from Hotels.com. Just me and the wife looking for a room on a Saturday night in Miami!
