Stayed two nights after a cruise. Was able to check in a little early infection was available. Spacious room, comfy bed, nice view from the 10th floor. Free daily breakfast and even offered a to go bag when using their airport shuttle service. Hot tub was wonderful. Cool pool though - but great for hot n cold plunging. Publix and fast food places walkable from hotel.

Not so good

Airport shuttle runs once an hour, had to wait. Gave me a room that was not ready, had to go to a different room, another inconvenience. Thermostat is hard to operate. Broken floor button in the elevator, yet another inconvenience. Sound insulation is pretty bad, there is a large gap between the door and the floor. The shower is pretty narrow. So many inconveniences made it a bad experience. Breakfast is superficial, there was not much food to eat.

It was a great place for the price. It was clean, well maintained, comfortable beds, quiet rooms and air conditioning and decent breakfast. Staff was also helpful and friendly. My only issue was the shuttle service. Seems to run on the half hour except in the mornings when it runs on the hour which resulted in a long wait time when we arrived ( we waited a good 40 minutes for the van) and it also meant missing the full breakfast as it isn’t open until 6:00 am but that is when the first van of the morning leaves and there is not another one until 7:00. Luckily the breakfast area opened up a few minutes before 6:00 and I was able to grab us a couple of bagels and coffee before the driver began loading the van promptly at 6:00 am. The van also has no passenger seat belts. I can’t even believe this is legal. I was told by staff that management has been aware of this issue for a couple of years now but continues to ignore it! Shame on them!

Great room but horrible service!

Ok so once we got to the airport we called and let them know for the shuttle to pick us up. They didn’t pick us up until 1.5 hours later and it’s only a 10 minute ride from airport to the hotel! I also called over 6 different times to talk to guest services untill we finally got picked up. Then in the morning we didn’t have any hot water to take shower when they finally fixed it they said the problem was the hot was the cold and the cold was the hot so the indicators for Hot & Cold was reversed! However they did have to turn on the hot water for the sink was completely cold. They did give us a 10% discount for the Cuban restaurant across the street and the restaurant was definitely a great place to eat!

We stayed one night before heading on a cruise. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport. The shuttle pickup was a little hectic. But thats due to the airports renovations, and has nothing to do with the hotels shuttle service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a few places around within walking distance for food and supplies. An amazing Cuban Restaurant that the hotel recommended and it didn't disappoint. Will stay again on our next cruise definitely.

Great place to relax

It was wonderful. They saw us come in from a red eye super tired with two kids. They upgraded our room for free. Such a nice place to stay. Close to food. Big area for breakfast.

Efficient , no major complaints

This was my second time staying here . The room we were given this time wasnt on par to the room quality (same category) as our first visit . The suites are a decent size. I like the location and shopping selections near the hotel . You have to pay to park and the bus shuttle to the airport only runs every hour. The customer service was on point !! If you need to check in earlier , there is a fee. The product offering for breakfast changes daily with cereal and waffles being the stables.
