It’s a good stable affordable place. My only negative is that they use something like febreeze to the extreme. There’s a SLIGHT mildew type scent with the carpet and they try to drown it. If you get headaches from smells, might be a problem. It’s otherwise a fantastic choice. And despite the scent, I still book the same place every time.

My dog got bit. The hotel didn’t even have any animal hospital referrals or any kind of help. Some staff had such a nasty face and attitude. The hospital bill came out to 1000$ and they still charged me a $50 fee for my dog stay. Will NEVER go back.

Great for families

We wanted a place with easy access to key Biscayne and the Everglades - this place was great. It was clean, safe, had a pool and served breakfast which are things we look for when we book while traveling as a family. Staff is very nice, highly recommend this place if you want a good home base between Miami and the Everglades

We were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. Upon arrival, we found an empty Coke bottle on the floor, noticeable stains on the carpet, and, most disturbing of all, a large cockroach crawling near the bed. I reported this to the front desk right away, but nothing was done to address the issue. The lack of response and attention to basic hygiene made our stay very uncomfortable. I expected much better and would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
