This property is amazing. Staff are friendly and nice. Parking is top tier . My only recommendation is they need microwaves to warm up food but other than that 10/10

Overall good stay

The hotel is beautiful just stayed a night before a cruise. I just dislike when you have to pay $10 for a bottle of water in your room. Also, the room only put 2 pillows on each bed which seems silly. They did bring up additional quickly when requested though. Lots of walkable stuff around, many homeless sleeping on sidewalks which was sad to see.

I love this hotel. I love the area. I love the staff BUT the balcony door locks are faulty. I stayed at this location twice and my room had to be changed 3 times due to the same issue. The balcony locks would not lock which is a major safety concern. I was very scared. And had to be changed rooms three times because of it. Something has to be done about that.
