The room and air conditioner smelled very moldy and musty. We couldn’t turn the air on bc it smelled so horrible. But overall it was ok. I wouldn’t stay here again but it was fine for one night. The breakfast was your typical hotel hot breakfast and fine. The shuttle to the port was $10 per person and ran 2 hours behind schedule.

There needed to be more staff. The young man that checked us in was drowning by himself. Also we came back to the hotel late a night later that day and there was no one at the front desk. We needed towels and a blanket and the security guard had to help us after 30 minautes trying to reach somebody.

Rooms need to be updated. The rolling shower needs to be fixed where as the water goes down the drain and not wet all over the floor when coming out the shower. Its needs a little incline sothe water does not wet all over.
