You can’t beat the view from this hotel! It’s in a quiet area, but a short walk or Uber to nightlife and activity. Love the semi private beach. The rooms could use a little updating, but that doesn’t stop us from staying here.

Pros: The room and view were stunning! Most things were in walking distance, yay! The staff was helpful and friendly! Cons: I did not like that I had do pay for parking, nor the amenities fee (we used 6 towels total at the beach for the days we were there at $65 a day). I wished they had some type of room service. I also wish that tea bags were there along with the coffee.

Check in was disorganized and rough. Check in is at 4pm and when our room wasn’t ready by then we had to ask about it and it still took another 30 minutes because they didn’t text me when our room was ready as promised and they gave away all of the rooms that were ready. The room was a little worse for wear. The blind was broken, the slats on the furniture were broken, and a chunk of paint was missing from the accent wall.

It was an excellent property to stay at while at key west! Easy walk to everywhere, staff was so awesome, food was amazing, private beach and the 3 pools were nice!!! Will stay here again!
