Your online advertising was misleading. View from the room indicated a relaxing view of the ocean. Understand not all rooms were ocean side, but ours was and no view. Very disappointing. The “cleaning” noise around our room after midnight was annoying. The garbage banging at night, woke us up!! The concierge service, really? There was none. As advertised a shuttle would be available, there was none. We asked staff about shark feeding times. The staff told us 1:00 & 4:00. Your video playing in the restaurant advertises 1:00, 4:00, 8:00. We were there at 8:00, no explanation why no 8:00 feeding. We appreciated the continental breakfast but the ability to toast the ham and cheese would be a plus. We were shocked that coffee pots were not provided in the individual rooms for a warm drink in the evening or morning. A microwave also would be a plus for people staying an extended time. The pool was not clean. I depend on online advertisement when I book a resort for a lengthy stay or nightly stay. Ibis Resort did not provide me with the information I needed to enjoy our stay. For that reason, I would caution other guests to stay at your facility. We spoke to other guests that were also very disappointed with their stay for the reasons we listed. January 2026.

The room was good. The receptionist was not helpful. We had read they had a shuttle to downtown. They had stopped it. So we had no car and had to figure out rides. I was able to do Lyft and Uber with help of my family’. Not at the front desk

Due to the weather report, I was forced to take the ferry back to Ft. Myers beach that same day. The ferry was leaving at 5pm. I was checked in for less than 2 hours. I stated that I needed to leave now because there would be no ferry tomorrow. Not one accommodation was made for me regarding the price, maybe a partial credit towards a future stay, nothing. I used one towel for the short time I was there but yet all of my payment was kept. Not a good way to treat your customers when the weather is beyond your control.

The staff were really nice. The room was just ok, not worth the price. There’s no phone so you can’t contact the reception. Not even a bottle of water in the room. The restaurant food was really good but again you have to walk and pick up anything you want from there. The is not shuttle and the travel to old town using uber can get substantial. Overall it was ok but not worth 600 plus per night.

There was bugs in the bed!!! We had to put all of our luggage out in the car. My sister in law has bites on her arm. I have stayed here before and did not have this issue. It’s sad to say this.

The room was clean but there are no ice machines, no coin op laundry, the pool was filthy, the bay YOU CANNOT swim in. Advertising is misleading. Not sure what my resort fees were for considering there was no shuttle to downtown or airport and I spent several hundred dollars in Uber fees because walking is not an option. Unless you want it be run over by an e-bike, scooter or golf cart. For the amount I spent on this room I would at least have thought you could get ice. Cite place but unfortunately I will not stay here again.
