Your online advertising was misleading. View from the room indicated a relaxing view of the ocean. Understand not all rooms were ocean side, but ours was and no view. Very disappointing. The “cleaning” noise around our room after midnight was annoying. The garbage banging at night, woke us up!! The concierge service, really? There was none. As advertised a shuttle would be available, there was none. We asked staff about shark feeding times. The staff told us 1:00 & 4:00. Your video playing in the restaurant advertises 1:00, 4:00, 8:00. We were there at 8:00, no explanation why no 8:00 feeding. We appreciated the continental breakfast but the ability to toast the ham and cheese would be a plus. We were shocked that coffee pots were not provided in the individual rooms for a warm drink in the evening or morning. A microwave also would be a plus for people staying an extended time. The pool was not clean.
I depend on online advertisement when I book a resort for a lengthy stay or nightly stay. Ibis Resort did not provide me with the information I needed to enjoy our stay. For that reason, I would caution other guests to stay at your facility. We spoke to other guests that were also very disappointed with their stay for the reasons we listed. January 2026.
