The room was really clean. Bed was super comfy! Decorated so cute! Housekeepers were very good. The office staff was rude and unfriendly. The only one that was nice was the young lady working the morning we checked out. It felt like they were being inconvenienced by our questions. The resort as a whole was really cute and a very comfortable stay.

Breakfast is better at a Super 8. Our room and bathroom were very small. The toilet was not to code. When I asked the front desk about it she said we got a value room. Which she didn’t explain what that meant or how we got it. I told her the room should still meet code requirements. She said there was nothing she could do to help and was not pleasant about it.

The staff was not very friendly. The room was as advertised. I can only assume that because key west is an island the water pressure was almost non-existant. As a last minute booking to see New Years Eve in the Keys it was less than I had hoped

It was clean for an old hotel and the bar staff was very friendly but if you’re looking for the real Key West experience, it’s too far away and on a busy highway. Not worth the minimal savings especially if you add in cab fare to get anywhere else.
