Location was great! It was hard to control the temp and humidity in the room making it a little uncomfortable. Bathroom was steamy. Mirror could have been relocated in room 5 to a different wall to allow use of the mirror.

Our stay was great! the room was basic but comfortable. The breakfast is very simple. Our breakfast host was wonderful. The early check in and late check out was very appreciated. The location is amazing! Everything is so walkable.

Beautiful property, perfect for our one night in downtown KW. The check-in process was quick and easy. Location is close and walkable to everything you’d want to see in KW! Street parking was easy to find a few blocks from the property. The pool and sun deck are a great amenity, although it was overcast during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Exterior door dead bolt and handset locks were loose and in need of tightening. We had a late arrival and the first desk attendant put us in the wrong room. The next morning another desk attendant put us in our room we had initially reserved. He was very nice, friendly and helpful. This was our third stay at Heron House since 2002. Super convenient to Duval Street and surrounding areas.

The grounds were very pretty, heated pool, and good location. Continental breakfast was above average but the area containing the food was quite small and limited setting outside of that room. I had to eat in my room. Be aware if you are renting in January there is no heat in room #5. Also, there was no information mentioned about an additional $32 hotel charge on top of what we paid Expedia. The room rate was excessive for what you get.

The outside of the property was great, pool area and frontage. The rooms were poor. Furniture seems like from garage sale. Electrical outlets only work if you hold plug in while using (hair fryer, phone charger, etc). Window air conditioners for each room. Tile in shower was cracked in many spots and obviously leaked. Very small bathroom with just a pedestal sink. No place for toiletries.
