We booked this last minute. The room was nice with a king size bed. Mattress was comfortable. Bathroom was good size. The room was clean. Could have used another place in the bathroom to put your stuff on to get ready. Also, was told it costs extra to have the room cleaned. Pool was pretty clean. They could clean the pavers around the pool more toward the back a little better. The beach and the dock area were great. They have some activities available on-site.

Having stayed here numerous times when it was a Marriott property, check in was not welcoming in the least. No one even said welcome, how can I help you, how to connect to Wi-Fi, or any explanation of the property’s facilities, etc. Marriott offered a welcoming champagne, cold infused water, and bottled water upon arrival. It was a pleasant way to arrive after a long journey. Beds made haphazardly, pillows should be trashed. No security in elevators (we used to have to use our room key to operate). Pool area and beach area very nicely improved. Television in bedroom was making popping sounds, sparking, had to unplug. Had no tv. Don’t know if we will make this our #1 stop next trip.

Amazing view incredible suite, staff friendly but incompetent, no room service and high school kid at the maitre d desk got the order wrong resulting in more time spent away from lovely and pricey room. Front desk staff required many phone calls to get us into our pricey room at 5:30 though we arrived at 3 p for 4 p check in. Staff doesn’t match quality of property

Great Place To Stay, Convenient Shuttle to Duval

Great stay, amazing bartenders, and friendly convenient shuttle service to and from Duval. Also one of the few places we've stayed that had the pool open 24 hours! Only downsides were a minor snafu at check-in, that was swiftly corrected; and the fact that maid service is not including with the room.
