The shuttle ride to the center of Key West was not consistent. Sometimes it was available and sometimes not, so if you plan to book a restaurant or something in the old part of Key West, don't count it with that transport.

The room was clean and the location was excellent, however the jets in the master tub barely worked, the half bathroom toilet didn’t flush and the sliding door to the patio wouldn’t lock. So maybe just a little updating on the maintenance.

Room was smaller than expected and a little worn. iE trim was water damaged, tub was stained, and furniture was beaten up. Resort is nice, has good amenities. Staff was excellent. Unfortunately this is very far from the active side of the island and the free shuttle was continually cancelled so we were unable to use it. This racked up our Uber charges.
