We enjoyed our stay at 24°North, very nice views, we loved the theme in our room, The grounds and pool areas are really nice and well kept. Enjoyed our golf cart rental too, really made it easy to get around old town area. We highly reccomend the sunset Dinner cruise too .

Nothing specific to be liked about. Told I have an upgraded room, but the heater in the living room did not work. Exhaust in the bathroom doesn't work and the linens were not changed. They had to be replaced. Too long of wait time at the elevator. Not a good experience for the price.

Not for remote workers, but very nice

Loved the updates and decor. Pool was very nice and clean with lots of lounge chairs and tables. Only one issue, if you work remote and are working from this hotel be warned there are no desks in the rooms. This would keep us from staying again. Working in the lobby with several other remote workers along with the noise of people checking in, was not ideal. Other than that, rooms were super clean and beds were extremely comfy

We got upgraded to an "ocean view" which was an elevator view with a sliver of ocean. It faced the main road and was loud. Yes there are roosters everywhere, which is to be expected, but their noise is minimal. I would've rather had the garden view i booked. The rooms were just ok for the price. We got billed 2 resort fees on the deposit and expedia. Overall, for a Key West Hotel that is newly renovated, painted cement, place to sleep and shower, I give it a 3 for sure. Glad we only had to stay 1 night.

Upon checking in, we were told the room we reserved a month prior with a king bed and ocean view was "not available". After standing firm and demanding the room we purchased, or a refund, the original room we booked all of a sudden became available again. Very shady. Other than that and the roosters outside our room that started making noise every morning at 315am, the facility was okay.
