Staff at reception were nice. We tried to speak with concierge, but we arrived at their break time and they chose to take a break vs helping us. We we assigned a room on 2nd floor in the rear building which doesn’t have enough stairs forcing us to walk half way around the building to get to the stairs (in the rain). They have chosen to block off the middle passage way to use for their supplies which is why we had to walk to the end of the building to get to stairs. The room was nice inside, but we could hear / smell everything on the outside including the person next to us every time he decided to have a smoke in the hall outside his room and the ROOSTERS & CHICKENS that began crowing at 3:30am and lasted until 8am. The hotel provides 50 cent foam ear plugs which is simply not sufficient when you’re paying $300+ for a room. They either need to invest in better insulation or at least provide some type of white noise machine. We WON’T be staying here on our next trip to KW

Clean, friendly, great pool and game areas, free shuttle was a bonus. Away from the crowded tourist area. Motel has bikes which we rented for two days. Will stay here again.

This was really great! It was quiet, peaceful and everything about this place was just so accommodating. My family and I slept very good, we were very comfortable and the staff was very welcoming and catered to us the entire time of our stay. If we visit again, we will be back!

Report was clean, staff was friendly and there were several things to keep us busy such as the pool, putting green, foosball, and pool tables. Great value for the keys and we will be back for sure.

The room was clean and staff friendly but they charge a $50 per day resort fee which is just a way to bang you for an extra $50 per day and make their room rates look lower when you are shopping for rates on line. They also charge you $15 per day to park your car and they are not located in down town Key West and they also have a large parking lot so there is no need to charge for that it is just another way to bang you for another $15 per day. I would actually give them a better rating if it wasn’t for those charges.
