It was definitely a clean place.I did like how everything was ready to go when we got there. The one negative is I want I go to key west to smoke cigars, and they had nowhere to smoke besides the parking lot

Good but speed up room turnover.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The location was good except the traffic noise from US 1/Roosevelt was load due to the location of our room. Cleaning our room took too long, housekeeping need to speed up on cleaning the room. We went out at 9am and returned at 3pm and our room was not cleaned2 of the 3 days we were there. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

The staff at the reception and throughout the property were excellent--friendly, professional and helpful. The facility was clean, well landscaped, and comfortable. My only complaints were: I the TV was very hard to operate, there was no hot water in the shower, and when I tried to call the front desk I could scarcely hear the voice.

I loved everything except two issues which was more personal opinion. We had an early flight and had a lot of trouble sleeping due to neighbor and traffic noises. One person sounded like they kept throwing or dropping a bowling ball half the night. Ha and yet again, not the hotels fault but it would be amazing to have a fan option on the AC or a fan in the rooms to help cover up the noise to sleep. Our AC unit kept turning off at temp instead of having a continuous fan option which we love during hotel stays. Otherwise what the hotel can otherwise control it was perfect.
