Really nice and clean hotel , room was lovely and clean ( smells fresh ) Easy check in with very friendly staff, Which gave you free cup of cocktail in the reception in the evening .. ( not sure if it’s every evening) Free bus ride was great …..it leaves hotel on the hour and returns half past the hour . Again lovely friendly staff , joined in with us singing on return ride to hotel . I would definitely recommend this hotel great location. You do have to pay for parking and resort fee But it wouldn’t put me off returning back . We Have stayed at other key west hotels and they haven’t been as clean as they should be !!!

Room was filthy. Towels were yellow stained. Bed made us itchy. Bathroom was filthy. Elevator was broken, had to carry all heavy luggage through the stairs. Overall terrible stay, for a not so cheap price

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Key West was fantastic. The rooms were well appointed, well stocked, and clean. The pool area is beautiful and includes an outdoor bar with great drinks and exceptional staff. The front desk team were all an absolute pleasure to deal with. And the free shuttle to downtown was a great way to explore the entertainment district in Key West. I can absolutely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Staff was great, the original room wasn’t available, but the staff made sure we were satisfied with the alternative room before we checked in. Parking was good and the view was good.
