This hotel was excellent! If I had to say one negative thing it would be the pool area was close to a busy street so you hear a lot of traffic but other than that it was perfect! Spotlessly clean! Easy access, plenty of parking, staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

The biggest downside of the property is the roadside location at an intersection. Extremely loud at pool side. Most employees were very friendly and helpful, a few bummers in the group. Terry the concierge was awesome, very informative and helpful. Two very important amenities to my husband and myself; great shower and very comfortable bed!

Quick response to issue

Amazing stay with fantastic service. I had a small issue and both maintenance and housekeeping were at my room in under 10 minutes to resolve issue. Pool, hot tub and Salty Lime bar were all top notch and very refreshing on a warm day. Would definitely recommend as long as you're OK with not being in Old Town Key West!

I liked the security- you had to use your key card to enter the parking lot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool is very nice, has hot tub and poolside bar. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for a couple days and ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed ourselves so much. Staff was friendly and helpful with many local recommendations made. We had our golf cart to get around the island delivered directly to the hotel and were able to charge it easily and felt safe. Would absolutely stay here again!

There was no concierge available to book things to do around Key West. The water was not hot and the satellite kept going in and out on the tv

Not worth the money

Room was half way cleaned. Wi-fi went down 1st night. Didn’t have dinner service at restaurant ( which is why I stay at Hilton garden) it lists a restaurant in description. Couldn’t get hold of desk. Tried 3 times this morning. TV didn’t work first nite.
