To get to my room, we had to use a filthy, slow elevator which was frequently used by the housekeeping staff. To get around that, we had to use an equally filthy staircase that needed a cleanjng and a painting. Tables in the lobby were dirty too. Finally, the place didnt have irons available, but steamers. There is no way a steamer will have the same result as an iron on a men's dress shirt.

The resort was nice and the pools were very nice. The pool staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean but the toilet in the bathroom ran non stop , the housecleaning wasn’t done daily but they did bring us towels and water upon our request. We love to walk but it is a distance to walk to duval and back and parking a car would have been $40 a day. Overall a positive experience

The Casa Marina is a very nice resort with 2 pools and a nice beach. Our accommodations were nice...our balcony view was obstructed and they do no not have any charging ports in the suites and limited outlets. The staff was extremely kind. Our only deal-breaking issue is the cost. It is terribly expensive with a $60/day resort fee. Even as Hilton Diamond members we had to book through Expedia to get a price that was somewhat affordable. Hilton members should get the very best rates....NOT so with this property. Food and drinks at the resort are also extraordinarily high.

We had a good rooms and clean they were perfect, but what did not like is Hilton charging us$75 per day per room extra to get us the ocean view room, even though we had booked ocean view room, they gave us a partial ocean view room with facing road more, when we talk to them them they asked us $75 per room to give us proper ocean view room, Which we did pay for 2 nights we stayed there for 2 rooms. Which costed us $300 more Thanks

I absolutely loved this resort. The staff were amazing. They had one oops moment but fixed it quickly and efficiently. The room was stunning, clean and had a beautiful view

This was our first trip back to Casa Marina in the last 20 years and it was as beautiful as we remember. The staff were absolutely fantastic, with a great location and wonderful amenities. Definitely recommend the Casa Marina for family fun or an adult getaway.

Rooms were clean, food was good, swimming pool was great. Beach area was almost unusable due to slime and rocks. This hotel charges an unexpected “resort fee” of $67.50 per room per day which is a dealbreaker for me regarding future stays.

The stay in the resort was very pleasant. Clean and well maintained rooms and grounds. Very courteous staff, The only problem we had was with the bike rental , rude, disrespectful and dis-coordinated. Wasted one hour of time.
