Charming building with very poor maintain once. There 3 nights with mostly non-functional commode (They said there is another in Employee Storage Room in hallway) Water leaking from sink plumbing out onto the floor and AC on High the whole time but never got cool or caught up. Promises but no performance. Booked and paid in full, in advance (Otherwise would have left) and they still added hundreds in fees even though they did nothing about issues. Would never stay there again or recommend it to others. Staff polite but never did anything they promise

We really enjoyed our stay at Heron House. It offered great value for the quality and location. The staff were all top notch, helpful and friendly. At the front desk, Roman has a perpetual smile on his face and his positive energy is most definitely spread throughout the entire property. I look forward to staying here again the next time I travel to the Keys.

We enjoyed our stay at Heron House Court. Roman, Patrick and Greg were wonderful hosts. Our room was nice and had everything we needed - hair dryer, shampoo, lotion, soap, fresh towels, comfy bed and TV. Breakfast was good, too: bagels, bread, croissants, ham, cheese, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, coffee, milk and juice, and fruit. Nice court yard and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

PROS: This was a wonderfully quaint guest house in a quiet, yet walkable location in Key West. Roman is amazingly knowledgeable, warm and welcoming, really felt calm and at peace. CONS: Only one is the resort fee, but that's personal thing, I hate resort fees and wish they would just make the price $25 more rather than tacking on an extra fee. The location, and peacefulness of the place is definitely worth it. OVERALL: This place is lovely, a week after my vacation I'm still channeling the peace and joy I felt there to help get through the daily grind. That's what vacation is all about! Would highly recommend

Pool was not cleaned. There was no parking for the units, only street parking if you could find it. Seemed over priced although I realize that Key West is expensive. It was relatively close to some of the main areas.
