The room was recently redone and they are in the process of renovating the courtyard, but will likely be very nice when completed. Good value, about 2 blocks from the southern most point. The staff did come clean and replace towels on the second day, which was a pleasant surprise.

Not a bad choice

Reasonably priced for someplace to just crash for the night, beds were a luttle hard, no bfast, no pool, so just a place to crash and shower. AC kept room cold, did have a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Close walk to Duval, I would go back.

The Internet was very bad. Wi-Fi router does not give a full signal. The mobile internet didn't work either. Guys, work with your internet. It needs to be improved. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything is good only the Internet is very bad.

Exactly what we needed, barebones but a perfect location. The rooms are clean, the water is hot! Beds extremely comfy. Make friends with your neighbors! It can enhance your trip! We all even booked another stay together. Walk around, there’s so much to do!

Hidden gem

Great little place. Really clean. Only two things stood out really. There is construction on the property, so parts of it were a mess. They upgraded us to a suite when we got there, which was great. But the front "living area" air conditioner struggled a bit. The one in the sleeping area was as cold as you could want it though, so that wasn't such a big deal. Over all, a great little hidden gem that definitely should not be overlooked
