The stay was nice but the transpotation on shuttle ,to downtown was a nightmare. We did not get picked up and called the hotel . The lady was rude and said we were not assured being picked back up. She told us to call a uber . Awful.

Ocean's Edge is a stunning resort, with beautiful rooms and lovely views of the marina/ocean. Restaurant is very nice but very pricey ... would have been nice to have some other options. There are no other walkable options. Lots of extra fees, including for parking (I understand that for a valet, but just to park in the lot?), resort fees, and many misc fees. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay.

Oceans Edge is a beautiful hotel located on Stock Island. The free hourly shuttle took us to Key West proper dropping off near pier at Waterfront Brewery (shout out to Jeffery). My family liked the location on the harbor. Service at hotel was excellent. Our room had a beautiful view of the harbor. Key West is amazing!

This was the best little spot for our stay! The rentals of bikes, kayaks and paddle boards were perfect for the amazing weather while we stayed. We were able to get where we wanted easily. Bob and Jeffrey who drive the shuttle are THE BEST!!! Informational, efficient and so kind. They tell the best stories and make sure youre safe and cared for. Every single staff person was kind, friendly and so helpful! We would definitely stay again!

The property was beautiful! We loved waking up every morning and drinking coffee on the balcony. We were on the first floor with a partial view of the ocean. It was perfect! Our view was of all the boats coming in and out of the harbor! The shuttle to old town was extremely nice! Parking is a bear to find and using the shuttle makes it so much more relaxing! We would absolutely stay here again!
