This property far and away exceeded our expectations! From the amazing staff to the beautiful room and amazing facilities, we loved every moment of our vacation! The free shuttle to Key West was icing on the cake! I’d vastly prefer staying at your quiet, beautiful hotel than staying in Key West proper. It was the best of both worlds! Highly recommended!!!

The property was great. Rooms were clean and well maintained. I considered taking a picture of some minor corrosion on the toilet, because that is obviously due to it being right on the ocean. I was going to post it saecastically. The reality is the only thing I would change is not buying the breakfast package. It kind of locks you into certain choices. The restaurant on site was great. The shuttle drivers were helpful and the staff was great with recommendations. I would happily stay again.

upset about money I wasted & overcharge resort fee

My overall stay was horrible. The air conditioning was not working in my room and it was very hot. The thermostat says it was 67°. However, the room felt like 75°. My babies were extremely hot that they were sweating in their sleep. I had to undressed them in order for them to sleep comfortable. I complained to the front desk after the first night and the gentleman at the front desk assured me that he was going to move me to another room when I came back to get the keys the third shift gentleman told me that he sent maintenance to my room to fix it and the air is working there’s no need for me to move my room. So once we got back to the room from the funeral, the room was extremely uncomfortable and hot. My kids were sweaty. The phone in the room did not work for me to call down to the front desk so when I call the hotel number and try to be connected to the front desk, it kept ringing until I reached voicemail. No one answered it was raining outside, so I refuse to go back down to the front desk with my babies in the rain. There was some staining rust on the shower floor. The nightstand between the beds electrical outlets did not work for you to charge your phone so you have to charge your phone across the room. Mini bar refrigerator in the living room area was not working/foul smell. The walls had dirt smeared on it, as if the paint is coming off of the walls. The sheets has stains on them for the amount of money spent in this hotel room was not worth it. & was overcharged

The property was incredible. Favourite bit was the balcony which had the best view and so special being able to sit and have a coffee in the morning. The robes as well were such good quality. Loved the pools, it never felt busy and always easy access to the loungers. Wildlife around too was so incredible to see. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the activities (yoga, kayaks, bikes, shuttle service etc) were brilliant. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.
