The location is great. I had a room on the 1st floor with a porch that led out to a sand beach & looked out at the water. Felt like my own little cottage in Key West. Sunset views from the rear of the hotel on the beach were great. Amenities & staff were very good. Proximity to stores, downtown & beaches is great. Would definitely recommend & return.

The property was fine. The room was clean. Not really a resort. More a hotel with four different pools. Everything was fine. No view other than trees or the parking lot. We did use the beach area 10 minute drive from the property which gave us towels and chairs. We rented an umbrella for $20 as this was not included.

We got our check in day mixed up and showed up a day late and they gave away our entire reservation and still charged us for both days. Then charged us again for a new reservation.
