Nice property / amenities. The room was spacious and clean however the dresser was broken, only the middle drawers were functioning. They contacted me a week before to offer a room upgrade at a discounted price. I mentioned that one of my benefits as a gold member was a room upgrade at no cost but they did not honor it, and put me in a room behind the kitchen back door.

Love this place.

We stay here every time we go down to Key West. The staff, especially at the bar and grill, is amazing. The rooms are clean, pools are great. Overall great experience. Unfortunately there is no longer self parking so you pay $30 daily and $51 resort fee. That means an additional $81 daily.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The highlight was definitely the four pools, which were well-maintained and enjoyable. However, there were several issues that left us disappointed. When I asked the front desk if I could freeze ice packs to keep breastmilk cold for our flight home, I was told there was no freezer and directed to the restaurant. The restaurant then explained they could not help due to cross-contamination concerns and also mentioned the front desk did, in fact, have a freezer. This left us feeling misled and unsupported in what should have been a simple request. Additionally, we saw more than one cockroach during our stay. When we reported this to the front desk, the response was simply, “Well, it is rare but these things do happen,” with no further action taken. Overall, while the pools were a great feature, the lack of honesty, poor customer service, and pest concerns make it unlikely that we would stay here again.

They currently have a bit of a roach problem, recently stayed and the kitchen bar area was full of little roaches all over. The hotel is nice, but hopefully they fix this issue soon.

Like the vibe of the property even in the middle of a congested area. I wish there were guards on the inside of the doors, to prevent someone from coming in while we are in the room. I have been given room keys to rooms people were already in more than once.

From start to finish everything about parrot Key hotels and resorts was excellent! The rooms were clean with extra details and little touches that made it an extraordinary stay. The views from the waterfront room was jaw-dropping. The service was professional and personable. The only place I will ever stay when I'm in Key West.

Lovely Oasis

The pool was a lovely oasis, set among the trees keeping the water cool & refreshing. I loved my little porch, I sat out there in the evening & again in the morning to have my coffee. I truly loved the beauty of the entire place.
