The resort was nice overall. The room was a little dated and walls are thin. Could here all rooms around us. To turn on shower it was cumbersome, either move the showerhead or get wet to turn it on because you have to get into shower to turn it on, food was good but rather expensive. Anas cuban cafe on the corner was great alternative with sandwiches that were delicious. Beach was beautiful but tough to go into water because rocks at end of sand. Great location only a block off Duvall, at quiet end, away from cruise ships. Also convenient to trolley tour pickup and renting golfcarts.

We had reserved 2 rooms for 4:00 check-in. When we arrived at the property only one room was ready and we were told they would call when the second room was ready. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, I went to the front desk to check on the status of the second room. And she said she forgot to notify us.

I was charged for items at pool/lunch that I have never consumed. Staff went silent after questioned about it. Although the whole experience was ok, I would suggest to steer away if you don’t want to be robbed.

We enjoyed our stay at The Reach immensely! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We never lacked for anything. The building is a bit older, but I felt it added to the charm. And the view! Absolutely beautiful! We would definitely stay there again!

Staff will walk in on you without knocking, lock your doors! Walls are paper, thin, there’s water and leaks everywhere, be careful which room they give you as I’ll try to put you above or beside the parking garage, very poor value for what they offer
