If you don’t mind and old rickety place with non of the modern conveniences we’re all accustomed to (usb charging, nice tv, an elevator…yes, I said elevator!) then this place is ok for the price. But to be honest, I’d choose any number of tropical locations before coming back to the tourist trap known as Key West.

Clean adult only property at the quiet end of Duval street. We parked our Jeep with paid hotel parking and rented a moped for easy free parking on the island. The hotel has one cold pool, one heated pool and a hot tub. A happy hour with wine and various other small bites of crackers, cheese cubes and mixed nuts. The breakfast was a simple variety but was substantial enough for us. Fresh ground Starbucks coffee machine and friendly staff round out the experience nicely.

no elevator. New favorite Key West Hotel
Slow to empty ash trays, house keeper doesn,t except loos trash. Friendly, Clean, I'm under the impression they are 420 friendly outside discreetish, least I didn't have a problem. Reasonable breakfast, not worth the extra money to stay across the street where I was the week before. Not new construction , Awesome just off Duval location, nobody seemed to mind swimming after 10p when it's suppose to be closed, Awesome View from the top deck of KEY WEST Light House at night. Working class looking clients

Very quaint but room a little small. Close to downtown but still a little far to walk. Parking very tight. Overall appeared to be similar to other properties when it comes to location or parking. The property itself was set up nice with 2 pools and a hot tub. Very nice outdoor sitting areas

Character Hotel, Conveniently Located.
Pros - friendly, helpful staff, - clean rooms, - happy hour - One large and one small swimming pool plus hot tub, - Nicely presented reception area and dining area Cons - my room was basic, and in need of redecoration - the staircase was in need of redecoration also. - Very expensive stay (high season).
