Amazing. Great location, the inn really gave you the Florida Keys feel. Breakfast is good, and it’s a bonus having a 24 hour complimentary Starbucks machine for coffees, teas, and hot chocolates, and having a complimentary happy hour for wines and snacks. Bike hire available and cheap, and a heated pool really make you feel at home.

Don’t listen to any bad reviews!!! This place is very cool with access to the heated pool and hot tub 24/7, very cool hangouts spots, everyone friendly and it’s right at the end of duval street and right across street from nicest tropical beach in town!! Will stay again

The initial question did I like the breakfast? It was sparse they could've used some more selection, but it was an adequate continental. I was a bit disappointed. I made my reservation months in advance, and advised them of a birthday, yet nothing of the such not even a happy birthday at the front desk when I checked in. It was quiet and close to everything, but I might stay there again, the no kids and pets policy was nice. I was in a king suite, The extra room was nice.

The entire property is impressively clean from the room and dining area to the swimming pool. The bathroom is small, but has new and spotless fixtures. The surrounding area is calm and quiet, and the hotel’s close proximity to the beach makes the stay even better.

Rooms are very clean, and staff is great. The property is maintained well but quite outdated . Breakfast variety makes you go diabetes by just looking at it... There is no comparison to European standards as for this price I'd get 4 star hotel and enormous room.
