Pros: The room is decent - nice decor, quality bedding, low noise from neighboring rooms. Short distance to airport and to Mallory Square. Cons: We paid for full ocean view but got partial ocean view. The issue with that is that they are priced differently- full ocean view is more expensive than partial ocean view. Buyer be ware! Front desk personnel said other customers have made similar complaints and they are aware but "it is company policy". Complimentary cookies taste yummy but they hide the cookies. They are strategically available after customer checkout time and customers are not told by front desk that cookies are available.

The Laurette in Key West blew any expectations I had out of the water. The Laurette was absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship was well thought. The place was immaculate. The staff were amazing too shelf customer service WAS TOP SHELF. All staff I had interactions with were beyond helpful. I want to thank the owners of the Laurette! But more importantly I want to thank the amazing stuff at the Laurette Key West. Thank you all for such an amazing experience. I will definitely be back at the Laurette in the near future. This place is a total scam. The manager hit my card with a $250 “smoking fee” even though we never smoked inside the room. When I called to clear it up, they didn’t care one bit. Zero sympathy, zero accountability. Just another tourist trap trying to make an easy buck.

BUGS! Roaches in the bathroom sink and floor as we arrived to check out our room. Ants in the shower. Also as I was exiting my room, the door slammed onto the back of my ankle was in a lot of pain but didn’t want it to ruin my trip. Room was comfortable and cozy but nice balcony and very partial oven view with the front of the building and trees. Should be shown in pictures for the actual room we selected because it was not worth what I paid. Wouldn’t stay again.
