Very nice rooms and pool area. Convenient w trolly (but pricey) and shuttle. Only had 1 incident where shuttle didn’t show up downtown for pickup after waiting 1 hour. Finally called an uber and was not offered reimbursement, so lost $24 uber fee

Beautiful property and excellent staff

I only stayed for one night on business, but was very pleased with this beautifully renovated property. The room was very well done and was very modern with a Key West feel to it. I also appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff and in particular, the general manager Chris Tanzer.

We had to book a last minute stay as our flight was cancelled. We showed up at the hotel at 10 am. The front staff was incredibly kind as we were frustrated with the changes in our plans. They were able to get us into our room within just a few hours. They told us about the breakfast that was still available, which was great as we had not eaten yet that day. Demarco provided us with sunscreen, which allowed us to sit by the pool for a few hours. Overall they were incredibly kind and helpful. It turned out frustrating day into a day of relaxation.

Great location. Property is a little dated but comfortable. Airport is right next door and ptac is super loud. Wished there was window to open. Overall staff was very nice and free shuttle to Duval st.
