Rooms are OK but the hotel tries to charge you for every little thing. I had a package delivered to the hotel and they tried to charge me $15. My room was in the main building with Bay side windows. At night the street was very noisy. Windows don't really do much for the noise The beach next to the hotel is very nice. In general the hotel fees a little outdated and showing its age

this hotel was truly amazing. we arrived early in the morning and the room was ready. we didn't wait till 4 pm to get our room. very friendly staff and very nice hotel.

The resort itself was nice, but there was definitely a party vibe. The music was so incredibly loud that it was impossible to have a normal conversation or relax anywhere outside on the property. The only reprieve was to be on the beach itself. If you’re looking for a party scene this is it. If not, go somewhere else.

I was there for the Datto conference. Several of the spotters I spoke with were very nice to talk to and did not have attitudes as if it were just a job. All the staff was pleasant to work with including the maintenance that I needed in my room for 2 occurrences.

The hotel itself is an excellent property — beautifully maintained, clean, and offering great amenities. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the location is ideal for both relaxation and convenience. However, the service from the staff didn’t quite match the high standards of the property. While not unfriendly, the staff lacked the attentiveness and warmth you’d expect from a place of this caliber. A bit more focus on customer service would really elevate the overall experience.

Put us in a convention center building which was a half mile walk to anything. Main pool closed entire time. No resort fee credit?!? Despite guards at every entry, anyone could walk in and use entire resort. Had to wear braclet but almost no one had one on?!!!!! Outdoor bar packed with people not paying to be on resort.

This Establishment is the crème de le crème of south beach Miami it’s really hard to get better than the Fontainebleau the Front desk supervisor TYSON really rolled out the red carpet for me and he deserves all the credit to making this trip memorable my room was phenomenal and the valet service top tier all the dining options and nightlife and shopping available on the property u really don’t have to leave for anything if you don’t want too it’s a 5 star resort and I will definitely be back
