Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
elevators didnt work all the time .Lines were annoying . To make matters worse , work crews polishing floors took out 1 of the only 2 working elevators out of a bank of 4 . instead of polishing late night , they worked at 10pm on busy night, totally idisregarding the long lines of patrons / guest . When i checked in , I was iffered an uogarde to a full.ocean view and balciny for a total.of $1,400 extra for my 7 night stay. i agreed but when i got to my room , other than a balcony , it was still.a partial ocean view instead of full. ocean view i was promised . Ive stayed at the hotel at least 5 times iver the past 2 years and although there are inconviniences , we keep.ciming back because we love the pools and the energy of the resort.

Great property with good amenities and most of the the staff were very nice. There were lip marks on the glasses left in our room which was gross but other than that everything else was fairly clean. Food and drinks on the property were expensive so I ended up eating elsewhere for the most part.

Subject: Feedback on Our Stay – March 16-18, 2025 Dear Fontainebleau Miami South Beach Team, We recently stayed at your resort from March 16-18, 2025, and we would like to share our experience. Overall, we had a fantastic visit. The resort was immaculately clean and your staff were exceptionally friendly. We especially appreciated the ease of communication via text, which made coordinating our needs very convenient. One notable incident occurred on the night of March 17th. Late that evening, we were awoken by your staff regarding a fire alarm. We understand the importance of safety, and we were pleased with how promptly and professionally the situation was handled. Once the matter was resolved, we were able to resume our night without further disruption. Thank you for your commitment to guest service and safety. We look forward to future visits.

Loved it had a wonderful time at the beach and pool. Service wish could use some better communication with front desk etc. took 1 hour to get 2 blankets and pillows delivered to our room. Vegas property is awesome as well.

Fountainblue is an absolute destination, if you’re looking for quiet look somewhere else but if you’re looking for memorable and fun, you found it. Full of life, DJs with live music, first class service and 5 star restaurants. There is a place for everyone families or spring breakers, the property is very large and I felt very comfortable with my younger daughter. Beach ammedities are great with water sports, two chairs and umbrella included in the resort fee daily along with a 2hr bike rental. If you’re a night owl club LIV doesn’t open till 11:30, I never made it that late. Beds are fantastic so we slept in and then walked to an amazing breakfast spot down the street, Bon Bouquet, highly recommend! You can’t go wrong this is a must stay.

Staff is helpful and accommodating. Beds are very comfortable. Great mid beach location. Downsides are no coffee makers, no usable refrigerators, layout mimics the duty-free portion of airports where you have to walk far out of your way for no reason other than passing by the expensive dining and retail.
