had to switch three rooms until I was put in the one which I booked. That room didn't have a working fridge -- so I had to throw out all the food I bought. Also the washer dryer did not work so had no clothes for the week. Management said they would fix it and never did. An awful experience overall -- I would never stay here again.

This place is a "Sting Money Heist "Luxury Hotel". I have never been so "Nickle and Dimed" in my life! The Windows of the Ocean View were dirty and they wanted $32 to RENT A Microwave!

Let’s chat about our Thanksgiving week at Fontainebleau…. 1. Service and quality was was lacking. When we stayed here in 2023, the customer service was 4 ⭐️. This stay was more of a 2 star hotel stay. For example, when we arrived at check in, we were not greeted by bell men or greeted. The agent at the front desk attendants for the Tressor building never looked up to guests. I made it a point to say hello. 2. Room service. If you didn't call to request room cleaning, they would not show up. They lacked in stocking toilet paper and tissues. The suite was quite filthy. Tape stuck to the ceiling dust and dirty carpet through out. Black out blinds missing in the kitchen area. 3. Elevators not operating correctly. The amount of wait time to get to floor 30 was 6 to 20 minutes depending on people. At two different occasions we took 30 flights of stirs and made it faster to the lobby or our room. 4. Thanksgiving meal was horrendous. Reservation was at 7:30. Apps weren’t delivered until 8:37. Food showed up at 8:53. No comps were given other than dessert which half the table left to go get gelato elsewhere. 5. The wait line for the beach chairs was 25 minutes. That was after you stood in line to reserve chairs and pay for umbrellas. 6. $78 per day fee to leave a rental car on sight and $60 per day rollaway bed. The gauged you for everything. Every check had 20% gratuity included. Customer service is gone because they know they are getting a tip. I could go on…
