What struck me the most was the festive atmosphere in the lobby as soon as you entered. The check-in and process were incredibly smooth and quick, and the staff was incredibly friendly.

The bathroom water leaks to the room. There is no napkin, ice machine, coffee maker, hot water available in the room/hotel. No parking available not even valet. AC does not work. Front desk staff feel not willing to help. Terrible experience.

Breakfast was good but there’s no discount for it as there is for lunch and dinner. Staff is friendly but would be nice to have someone available at the desk most of the time when we need them. Overall, this hotel has left a good impact on my trip and I would book again.
