The cheapest hotel rate in south beach. But need to check out before 11.30 ,Also the bathroom door need to push it hard to close it. Staff are friendly and the best location!

Great location. Rooms could use some maintenance and updating. Good price though so was expected. If memory serves me correctly, the TV didn't have any available channels to watch without paying. I'd call ahead to confirm if it's a deal breaker.

Found our hotel for whenever we are in South Beach

It was fantastic! Location was great. We came in from a cruise and stayed 2 nights. Patty at the front desk was great. I cant wait to stay there again.

The property was pleasing, getting what you paid for. No frills, but the location is everything here. everything was really close by. I like the bar Directly in front of the property outside happy hour until 7 PM. 2 for 1 special for the 20z drinks! There is food as well! But seems everyone is coming for the drinks before dinner somewhere else . Beach is right across the street and the hotel provides towels in the room !

I wouldn’t stay again. This hotel is in an amazing location. But the room was dirty, furniture was extremely old and out dated, bed bed spring was really dirty.

Unbelievable Experience

Rooms are misrepresented in the photo. There is no lobby so while waiting for valet to arrive (a 20 min.wait) I sat at the curbside table in front of the hotel. I and one other couple were seated in this area that accommodates approx. 50 . I was asked to leave by the waitress and told management doesn't allow anyone to wait there. I explained I was a guest at the hotel and would be leaving in a few minutes. She very rudely told me to go stand on the corner. I can understand not sitting in this area if there were people waiting to be seated but there were never more than 4 people in this area the 12 hours I was there. I stayed at the Breakwater Hotel on previous occasions and was never treated in this manner. Hope you can decide for future reference to respect your guests(also noted another elderly couple she approached in the same manner) and be assured I will not book here again.

Very clean, friendly but You get what you pay for

Hotel is very old, clean but very old. No microwave in the room. Shower is 10000 years old. I booked the premium room and it was not premium at all. No safe in the room. I asked the front desk if they have a safe box they said no. So i had to go everywhere with all my personal belongings with me.
