This is a good property to stay in for an overnight. Anything more than that I don’t feel is optimal. I booked here because of its convenience, but if you’re staying for a while you’re going to be traveling around for your wants and needs. The grounds staff and housekeeping are amazing. Very accommodating. The front desk will NEVER answer the phone so you need to go down to the desk to ask even the smallest question. We were there during very loud construction on the outside of our room which is no fault of theirs, but definitely would’ve changed my mind about choosing this location. The trolley system was very convenient! Products in the shower were lovely.

Housekeeping staff are terrible Mariam and Rosamita please be carefully of these two ladies that are cleaning your room. Great hotel and location but the staff are making people not wanted to return for a second visit. I would Not recommend I spend 5 nights in room number 728 and didn’t get any sleep in the room during my stay. I don’t have any problems with sleeping. Hint hint! Stay away with your family!

I stayed for two nights, very good hotel, good location, the rate is good with the quality of the hotel, I only had one problem, the bathroom was clogged, but they fixed it immediately so I could bat, and the breakfast was very bad for what they charge. I wanted to extend it for another night, but they didn't give me any, they put a lot of obstacles in my way, and in the end I had to leave. For the rest, everything was fine.

We were a few hours early for check in. We were going to leave our bags with the concierge, but the really sweet girl who checked us in found 2 rooms available right then. They were SO BUSY with large groups, yet she still took the time to get us in early. Very generous!
