This property is right on the beach, on North Beach end of Miami Beach. Its a bit run down and the reception staff ignore you and carry on their own conversations until they are ready. No warm welcome here for people who have travelled 20 hours to be here. If you ignore the service levels, its right on the beach and you can get the free (at time of review) trolley bus to mid beach and south beach just one block from the hotel. So its easy to get anywhere.

Checked in at 630 pm and room was not ready. Seem to be under staffed .Bar was blasting music from a Bluetooth speaker and bar was sticky and not clean at all.We ate at restaurant for convenience and food was ok but not what we were expecting from other IHG hotels we have stayed at .This place needs some updates and some fresh paint on door and maybe clean carpets in hallway.We felt like we were in an cheap roadside motel without any options .

This is our go-to on the boardwalk. Great location, complimentary pool and beach chairs, nice-sized rooms and lobby. This trip was very different because of the hundreds of fifteen year olds brought in by a tour group to celebrate their 15th year. Over the week large groups came and went, taking up elevators, bathrooms, lobby and pool seating. I was getting out of the elevator in the lobby and a stream of them pushed into the elevator so I had a hard time getting off. There were no washcloths or hand towels after the first day. We thought it was cute on Day 1 but by day five it was annoying. I will definitely call to ask if this will be a thing next time and find somewhere else to stay.

Tired hotel, paint chipped off all the doors on the floor I stayed on. The material on the bottom of my bath had come away from the bath itself so it was like standing on a water bed as there was air trapped underneath. It rained and the lobby flooded

Steer away not worth it!

This hotel is terrible! I guess u get what you pay for! Very old and rundown definitely in need of refurbishing The staff is very rude and not willing to help with any questions you may have!

The staff and location was good. easy walk to beach and boardwalk. The hotel is in need of an upgrade. While we were there they had to shut down the kitchen for two days for some reason???? One of the reason I choice this hotel is that the description looked like it had parking and it doesn't. It's all valet parking (extra $45 a day) plus another $32 a day resort fee then a resort fee tax $4.50. So be sure and take that into consideration before you book.
