I’ll start with positives great location right by beach and attractions on Collins and the front doorman was really helpful and polite. My main problem was the rest of the staff especially front desk. I showed up mid morning had called the night before they said no problem on early check in but they made me wait 5 hours. Then they don’t even have basic TV in the rooms couldn’t watch World Series games 6 and 7 on Fox they have direct tv but I guess don’t pay for it. Lady at front desk said you can complain all you want and leave us whatever bad review you wish, talk about being trained improperly and being a bad brand ambassador. Couple other annoyances air conditioning didn’t work properly showers leaked water onto the bathroom floors. Couldn’t communicate with maintenance man because of a language difference. Maybe my trip was a one off I hope so cause it has potential with location. And I didn’t expect the ritz given the price point but still didn’t meet expectations of a mid tier hotel. I would be remiss if I didn’t share my rating and experience with those reviewing.

This hotel combines Miami glamour with comfort and great service. The room was spacious with a great view, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. It felt like a little oasis in the middle of all the excitement. Definitely a five-star experience!

Such a cool hotel right in the heart of South Beach! I loved being able to walk to the beach in the morning and explore the Art Deco district in the afternoon. The hotel’s design is trendy and fun, and the staff made sure everything ran smoothly. One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in Miami.

I had such a great time here. The hotel has a fun, upbeat energy without being overwhelming. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and always ready to offer great local tips. The beach setup was a huge plus, chairs and umbrellas included! Will definitely come back.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! Perfect location—just steps from the beach, Ocean Drive, and all the best restaurants and nightlife. The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and modern, and the rooftop pool was a dream. I didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Miami!

Felt it could be cleaner - drapes had weird spots, plastic covered toothbrush had a brown gross mark, bathroom shower was not the cleanest. We did enjoy the street parking discounts since its the low season.
