The room was spacious but the toilet wouldn’t flush properly and we called the front desk to have it fixed and nobody came by to fix it.

The room was good for us but one of the queen beds did not have much padding (could feel the mattress springs). The room was quiet and was stocked with everything we needed. When I asked for a few extra pillows they brought them right up. I needed epsom salts (to much walking) and the desk was very helpful letting me know where to get some close by. I would stay again.

We love staying at Universal Cabana Beach Resort. The staff were so helpful and upgraded our rooms without an extra fee, with a beautiful view. We're definitely coming back here

working hot tubs lots of days only one was working. bar outside open later. lots of night we didnt get to use our reusable cup with discount because bars were closed at like 7pm.also we got our luggages kept for a day at the luggage keeping services but they forgot to give us one of our bags so we almost left without it but thankfully my partner remembered and they gave it back. but other than that costumer services at front desk was top notch!
