Did not like the check in process. It was busy and could not find a spot to park and register. The person at door told us to take a left out to parking. We turned and got into an area with other cars doing same and there were construction vehicles etc. We finally got out of that area and found a parking garage.Took us over a half an hour to find check in area. Once checked in I could not find where I parked the car. Also $26 a night to park was not something I expect once paying for hotel and $175 each to enter Universal

Great Place, Lots of fun!!

All the amenities were great! The rooms were comfy, only issue we had was they were supposed to clean the room ever other day, but didn’t even when I had requested it after the 2nd day of not cleaning. They only set clean towels in the room. They were great with keeping the towels coming. Kids enjoyed swimming at night after spending the days in the Universal parks. Easy access to parks with the shuttle bus and back. Overall, I recommend this resort.

It was a great experience one stop shop if you have plans to visit universal. The bust take you too and from the park easy process. The food was good rooms clean I would recommend the stay.

I love the vibe of this hotel property. In the past I have had pleasant stays at CBBR . However this time they took an additional 900 dollars from my account after I had already paid my remaining balance for my stay. Needless to say this effected what I can do , how much spend, there after.

I think something happened at Sapphire that required some guests over there to have to re-check in to Cabana and even though there were about 6 counters operating, the line was very slow when I checked in at 3:30 pm on father's day. Also, the rooms are far from the lobby so you'll be walking the narrow hallway all the way from the elevator inside, closest to the lobby, or you'll have to go take the elevelators outside, corresponding to your building number. Just know that you can walk in the wrong direction if you're not careful and we'll have to make the journey back. Also l, once you leave the pool, it seems you cannot re-enter unless you walk back through the parking lot or hallway. It's a lot of walking. Parking is also mostly out in the open, so manage where to party to get that shade from the building if you don't want your car to be a suna
