It was me & my family first time at the resort everyone was so helpful and friendly, the shuttle bus services was perfect & on time to get us from park to park. We enjoyed our stay and will be going back. I would suggest to add the food package we spent $77 just on breakfast at the diner for me and my daughter but it’s a must visit!!!

Not worth it. No daily room cleaning or towel service after repeated requests. No loading/unloading in front of buildings. Not enough luggage carts to use. No breakfast included.

Overall, the hotel was decent. I had a lot of cool features, but I was very disappointed about how rude to the customer service was, and the elevator had would look to be pee or beer spilled in it with just a wet floor sign for like two days straight. Our room was only cleaned every other day which I wasn’t aware of.

The areas were clean and nicely decorated, which made the hotel feel welcoming and comfortable. The service was pretty good, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The food was also good and enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
