Was not told that breakfast wasn’t free, like ALL of the Hyatt Places I have been. On top of that, the breakfast was mediocre, at best. Also, the drain in the tub/shower was super-slow, which had you standing in a pool of water, while showering!!!

This nice, clean hotel served all of my needs and desires. Natasha at the front desk (and bartender) was especially charming and helpful. She gave me a quiet room on the top floor away from the elevator without my even having to ask. The location, including the parking lot, is convenient and safe. I will certainly stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. An example, there is no regular sugar for coffee and staff just shrugged it off, as opposed to walking across the parking lot and getting sugar. Otherwise, the place was great.

Bathroom was just a little weathered but other than the bathroom the rest of the place was amazing. Great staff and easy to get around only other issue is upper and door dash liked to deliver to the Hyatt next to it. Lol

Room was clean and staff was great! But i wont be back due to having to pay for parking. The room cost wasnt cheap and then on top of it, found out parking was extra when I got there to check in. They should have that in an email or advertising unless i missed it. I wouldnt have stayed if i knew that. $25 a night is crazy but everything else was fine.
