The room lighting was c very poor. The b r d lights and a small desk light. No ceiling or waĺl light made reading and use of table extermly poor to non existant. The holder for the hand held shower was unstable and not usable. Paying for parking when you are a guest is not acceptable in my book.

Very happy with our stay! The room was perfect – clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. The TV channels weren’t great (not a big deal, but it would’ve been nice), and the breakfast could’ve been a bit better. Other than that, everything else was fantastic!

Great hotel with a garbage parking fee

Everything is great about this hotel except that they charge $15 to park your car. That alone will make me look elsewhere next time. You shouldn't have to pay for your car to sit in an empty lot in an area that's not a major city.

Everything was good except for the receptionist with the ear buds on, talking before and after that I was able to realize about it, the problem is that we are asked names, last, etc and there is someone listening to the checking process when is not necessary. Ear buds while working with the public are simply wrong, disrespectful and not proffesional. Otherwise everything with the hotel was great and right accross the street from SeaWorld for those interested. 100% recommend.
