The hotel is very good overall- clean, modern and great location! We had an experience with feces in the pool on our first night. At that point we didn’t swim for the rest of our stay and I was monitoring the fam for any symptoms. The pool was shut down immediately. That set the tone for our stay. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices of drinks and other consumable items at the lobby convenience store were markedly overpriced however, compared to other nearby hotels. Breakfast options were overall limited and the same everyday.

Room was clean and comfortable (1 parent, 2 kids) Room I booked wasn’t ready upon arrival- moved to another room that was ok. Parking charge is OUTRAGEOUS. Shuttle service to parks wasn’t very helpful (had to book ahead, couldn’t book it in the evening, only had a couple run times). Staff were cleaning a room across the hall while I tried to take a nap and they were incredibly loud for 2 hrs (unaware of several doors marked with do not disturb)

Nice property, clean and comfortable beds. We just needed a place for one night so didn't really use the facilities. Small bar but only opens at 5pm so no lunch drinks but very nice. Saw the pool from our room looked very nice. Breakfast was very good and included in the price. Great value. Check in was quick and easy. The staff was very nice.
