I was very disappointed with my stay at the Ramada Orlando Airport. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was far below what I would expect from a Wyndham property. There was visible mold in the bathtub area as well as mold on the bathroom ceiling, which made the room feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. The overall quality of the room was poor — outdated, worn, and not well maintained. Cleanliness is extremely important when traveling, especially in a hotel near an airport where guests are often staying briefly and rely on basic comfort and hygiene. The mold issues were concerning and made it difficult to relax or feel safe during our stay. I had higher expectations based on the Ramada name, and this experience did not meet them. I hope management will take these concerns seriously and address the maintenance and cleanliness problems so future guests do not experience the same issues. Because of the condition of the room, I feel a refund or partial reimbursement would be appropriate.
