It was easy to call and access the shuttle service to and from the airport. Very pleasant customer service when we arrived at the hotel at midnight. Great breakfast options! A very nice 1 night stay!

Tried to call for the free shuttle from the airport, no answer for 10 tries, then got hung up on the 11th try. Got to the hotel, check in went fine, notice that you have to sign up for the shuttle back to the airport, and it's already listed as full the night before. So 2 uber trips extra that i didn't count on

Front seat attendant was absent for 8-10 minutes when I arrived to check in and had to wait. Plenty of LED lights in the room but cast a harsh blue/white light. Warmer tone LEDs would be nicer.

Unfortunately our travel partners room had hair everywhere, the window blind wasvbroken and there was gum stuck to the side of the mirror in the sitting area. Some sort of stain on the sofa cushions asvwell.

I needed a place to stay near MCO because my flight arrived late. I appreciated the free shuttle from the airport. The room was large and clean. The door handles on the front and bathroom doors were a little wonky and typical of most hotel rooms, the air conditioner worked but was loud. It was a nice room, nothing fancy. Since I was only staying for one night all I needed was a clean bed and room, and a door that locked, this fit the bill.
