I stayed for business. This was an unexpected business trip and the room was booked for me. It was paid in full ahead of time, yet I was forced to pay additional funds when I arrived for check in. Staff was rude and lazy. Rooms were old and not cleaned well. Shuttle bus drivers operate on their own time. I waited for almost an hour for the shuttle that was right up the street. They might make you late so try to be super early if you have somewhere important to be. The breakfast was interesting . It was mainly eggs, in different variations but just eggs pretty much. Overall was a terrible experience. I do not suggest anyone go here unless you need to live there like many of the guests that were at the hotel.

Decent property. The area next to the air conditioner/heater, has not been cleaned in months. There were cobbwebs and dirt real heavy. The pillows on the bed were like bricks. Very hard! Short of this, everything else was great. The front desk staff were personable. We arrived four hours early and was allowed to leave our bags in a secure conference room so we could Uber to the mall and kill time until our room was available. Very kind.

Staff was great! Room was not very clean, and there are no dishes even though there is a sink and microwave and counter. Breakfast was fine. Hotel shuttle was okay timing wise, but took a while to get to the hotel because we had to pick people up from another terminal and drop them at a different hotel.

Did not rank b'fast & or a few other categories given arrived at the hotel in the evening and had to leave early AM. Also, the shuttle service to the Airport did not wait even a couple of minutes. Myself and two other.. would be passengers... arrived early AM in the hotel lobby only a couple of minutes apart and we all missed the shuttle. I was there @ 4:47AM and the shuttle had already left the hotel. We all understood that the shuttle would arrive on the hour & @ every 30 minute intervals. Was a bit confusing.

Not great by a long shot. Read the reviews that look like they were written by a real person. You'll see some common themes: dirty furniture, gross carpets, stale and stinky air, poorly maintained rooms that are severely outdated. The property looks like people stopped maintaining it years ago. I will never stay there again.
The wall next to the elevator on the third floor. Dirty, old, in need of care.
The filters on the AC units were caked with dust and dirt. They clearly hadn't been rinsed in a very long time.
The AC units in general were dirty and dingy. I can only imagine what the inside looks like.
A broken door just hanging out next to the ice machine.
