Shuttle took along time to arrive. Staff at desk told me that I couldn't get breakfast before 6sm. But in the morning I could have done. So night staff don't know what day staff do. Shuttle to leave was great.

Window leaked when it rained. My room was not made up on my second day. One of the nigh-table lamps was broken. People that worked at the desk were very polite and friendly. Hotel room needs update.

Just what we needed after a 9 1/2 hour flight plus 3 hours at the airport! Free transport to and from the airport, even to the car rental. Great selection of hot and cold breakfast not equalled elsewhere so far. Friendly, happy staff always ready to help. Great price!

Room was clean overall. Hotel shows wear, hallways are hot and humid with bit of a stench. Breakfast was decent. Airport shuttle was not great - arrived at MCO and called hotel. The person answering the phone at the hotel was extremely RUDE. Thought maybe it was just a single instance and caught them at a bad moment, but another family of 8 commented that they called the hotel and were treated poorly over the phone. Beginning to sound like a pattern and not a one-off situation. Waited at pickup location for shuttle with other travelers. Some hotel shuttles visited 3 times before Ramada arrived after 40 minutes. Was prepared to deal with more rude behavior at the hotel, but to my surprise the person at the front desk was extremely pleasant. Not sure who is answering the phone at the hotel, but if I would have had a choice based on that interaction I would have never set foot in the hotel for how rude they were. Horrendous customer experience over the phone - better experience in person. I can overlook some worn surroundings - that just comes with use and age, but the degrading and rude insinuation of disgust when interacting with the hotel staff over the phone....that just shouldn't be tolerated. If there wasn't another choice and I didn't need ground transportation I'd stay again. However, If I needed a hotel with a shuttle I'd save myself the abuse and opt for a different hotel.

Not the best

The staff was not super friendly, and didnt not seem engaged or concerned with guests. The hotel while not filthy, was not clean either. It was rather run down, and not well maintained, this applies to both common areas, and the room.

Slightly Worn but Perfectly Comfy and Practical

Comfy bed, okay pool area, nice breakfast. Only issues are general cleanliness and decay. Lazy repairs in the room and old paint just give a slightly rundown vibe. Perfectly okay for the price though, and about what you would expect. Airport shuttle service was a welcomed bonus that I appreciated.
