The outside look great, however the elevator door got stuck when we went up. Our front door did not lock and the bathroom door was hard to open by my kid. The thermostat at the wall is not working and have to be manually operated at the window. We stayed at the hotel from 11 hours as they allow to check in 30 minutes before 4pm. We left the hotel at 3am with the front door lock not working.

The pictures on expedia are a little outdated. Room is a little worn generally speaking. Also, my locker ( safe ) was partially working, only few buttons were working. My toilet was flushing all night, making noise. Some sort of plastic seal was leaking, it was fixed next day. They only make up your room and change towels every 3 days. On my 3rd day the lady who cleaned up my room removed the old towels and did not replace them, nor she make up my bed. I had to go later to the lobby and ask, new bath towels and floor mat. I won't recomend going there with lot of options around for the same price.

Check-in was easy. The room was available at the allotted time. It was spacious with a small kitchenette, a living area two queen beds, and a decent size bath. It’s a convenient location right near the airport with plenty of parking. There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed and it’s a little tired but overall well worth the money.

My 3rd time staying here because I never experienced anything negative the firt 2 times, but this time I was disappointed with torn bathroom fabric curtain, which does not keep water in and when you get out of shower there is a big puddle of water everywhere. Also the office chair. had a broken arm and was wobbly. Overall the staff is very nice and accommodating and beds are comfy ...had a broken arm. And alos blow dryer was craked and didnt even try to use

Room very clean and comfortable. Noticed a nail polish stain on extra blanket and cracked hair dryer but everything was fully functional. Staff was very friendly. I called earlier in the day because I was coming in after midnight and they made sure I was all set for a guaranteed late arrival. Staff was helpful instructing me where to meet shuttle and both shuttle driver and desk staff were pleasant and enjoyable to interact with throughout my stay. Breakfast was wonderful, with very attentive staff.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Ramada, located at 7500 Augusta Drive, Orlando. Quite frankly, the experience was unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard for a hotel charging guests to stay on its premises. Upon check-in, I was initially placed on the fourth floor. Immediately upon exiting the elevator, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the hallway. The condition of the room itself was no better—there was a noticeable foul smell, and one of the soap holders in the bathroom was broken. The overall condition made the room extremely uncomfortable. After voicing my concerns, I was reassigned to a room on the third floor. Unfortunately, this change did nothing to improve the situation. The odor on the third floor was even more overwhelming, and the room itself was no different in quality or cleanliness. It was clear that this was not an isolated issue but a widespread problem throughout the building. I then requested to be moved to the ground floor, as it was the only area of the hotel that did not have an offensive smell upon entry. I was assigned Room 104. While the scent was marginally better, the room itself was still in poor condition. The telephone was missing the handset, the paint job was poorly done, and there was a visible stain in the toilet. These are basic maintenance and hygiene issues that should never be present in a guest room. Breakfast was nice and the ride to the airport thoughtful.
