I'm not real picky with hotels, but this hotel was just fine. It was clean and close to nearby restaurants and not too far from universal. It's definitely not one of the finest hotels that i've stayed in, but they don't do anything wrong. If you're like me and you just need a place to stay, that's clean and convenient.This is your choice

Location for theme parks was great. The staff was nice, although one desk worker had a thing for talking over me while i was checking in. Water spout in bathroom tub kept popping off when we'd turn on the shower. All in all, a good stay

Good budget hotel close where the action is.

The hotel is pet-friendly, but there are not many areas to walk the dogs except the parking lot.

Given a room that smelled like musk and mildew and changed to another room. That room was the same as mildew smell and my daughter has asthma so they moved us to the second floor. Stairs only and no elevators. Same thing happened back in August so never staying here again. It’s obvious they don’t care about the conditions of the room.

The pillows are very hard, uncomfortable. And the carpet could be removed. Otherwise, the hotel was great, excellent value, close to the parks and in a great location, close to restaurants and amenities.

The food was horrible. I would not even feed my dogs the watered eggs, the taste made me gag. Also the orange juice was not even orange juice it was watered down color. Also the sheets were dirty with stains from the prior customers. Roach and centipedes in the room.

What I liked was the location. The world’s biggest McDonald next door. Every store u can think of on the strip close to every thing titanic museum 2 minute drive 15 min from universal. What I didn’t like was roaches like 2 in the kitchen area I called they switched my room immediately which was kool. Over all my first time there I would recommend it price was good depending on ya budget what’s good for me might might be good for you “note” besides that pool was decent beds was good pillows was comfy ac was dumping 7-8 stars jus becuase the tv was small 32” not smart

The staff were very accommodating those our flight came in at 5 AM. They offer the ability to check in early for a small fee and they also offered to hold my bags if we weren’t checking in till later..
