The stay overall was good. We had asked multiple times for a bed change and it didn’t get changed even though staff said they would be up shortly. Breakfast variety was a good setup. Property maintained pretty well. Parking was good the first day and then the second day wasn’t good. Should have atleast reserved parking for the rooms in front of the room for bottom floor.

Everything was great. We didn't have the breakfast it was $17.99 for the buffet. McDonalds was practically in the parking lot. The staff were all very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the shuttle to universal. Thank you
