Front desk provided excellent an efficient service. Room was large. Breakfast had a great selection. However, upon arrival at the arrival, we waited over an hour for the shuttle despite calling to let them know we were there. They told us the shuttle would be there shortly. We saw each hotel provide three shuttle services before ours arrived after two calls. Morning shuttle was very efficient. We also did not find the room to be very clean. The carpets feel dirty and the rooms could use a refresh. Overall a fine stay.

Great, comfy room. Beautiful pool. Excellent location near airport. Staffing appeared to be a problem. Men’s restroom in lobby was without paper towels for nearly 24 hours, despite staff being notified. Evening happy hour lacked support with clean up and wait staff.
