The location is perfect, with excellent connections to both the airport and the train station. The breakfast buffet is much better than what you would typically expect from a hotel, and the staff is very friendly. Check-in was extremely fast, and the online check-out was very practical and convenient.

The room was very nice, but you have to keep in mind that this hotel is in the Orlando Airport. It does get a bit noisy from those down on the 3 floor at the food courts and TSA lines. Today I saw someone getting carried out in a stretcher which was alarming, and a baby woke me up in the middle of the night multiple times. Those things have nothing to do with the hotel itself, truly, but yes the hotel is big and these things happen. My room was pretty far from the elevator, BUT the staff did get me checked in 4 hours earlier which was nice. I must say though, the staff were not particularly kind as I would wave to them in the halls and they all just looked at me funny. The cleaning staff were by far the nicest. I personally would not stay again, but it is very convenient!

The room was clean and spacious. The pool area was also nice and clean. We did not eat breakfast offered by the hotel as our flight was early but the restaurants offered in the airport were good as well

The manager Tatiana made our experience lovely. She seen that we were exhausted after a ling layover from Colombia and upgraded our room and gave us a late checkout. She was very accommodating. The food at the restaurant was amazing on the 4th floor and the Chef came out to answer some questions the waitress couldn't answer. Everything was topnotch!
