It wss a good stay the place is nice and clean the staff are awesome i wished they have a free parking since the shuttle cost money to go to attractions and they dont have transportation shuttle from the airport

The cleaning staff and breakfast staff were great, And although the rooms were outdated, the beds were clean. The transportation shuttle was very frustrating - the app worked less than 50 percent of the time, buses were late and the pick up spots were not marked - making it difficult to find your return bus. When it worked, it was great. Frustrating to hear that other partner Marriotts did not have to pay for the exact (shared) shuttle we paid for to travel from the hotel to Universal.
