Wonderful and inviting staff. Big and beautiful clean room. Love the whimsical wallpaper like a Where’s Waldo? fun. Cool and inviting social lobby with games and on the patio. I would be happy to stay again. The bed is super comfy and firm. Nice size bathroom and shower. Highly recommend!

My day was great. The only issue that I had was my AC was broken in my room. However, the the staff acted immediately by providing me a room, although the room was handicap access, but it still was a room with a working AC, which was great. I didn’t like the fact that you had to be in the lobby to use the Internet.

Cockroach in the shower, AC didn’t work, maintenance took hours to come “fix” the AC, all staff barely speaks English, my room had to be switched twice due to all these inconveniences. I book a single King, apparently they had none, so I was given a double queen room instead.

There was a roach and possibly a bed bug in my first room, and the A/C didnt work in my second room. No one answered the phone when i tried calling the front desk. The next morning i had to wait till almost 3pm to get a room with a functioning A/C because they didnt call maitenance till i brought it up to the front desk for a 3rd time.

Our was not clean. We found a ball of black hair in the room right beside the bed. The air conditioning started leaking water. We showed the photos to the staff when we did check out and said couldn’t refund any part of the stay since we booked with a third party.

As long as you don’t want to check in a minute before 4 pm, the place is good. Walls very insulated, never heard the loud guy in my room even though I could hear him when I walked in the hallway.

First room did not have working air conditioning, after being switched the next room didn’t have a working toilet which we waiting 13 hours and 2 trips to dennys to use restroom, before I went and purchased our own supplies to plunge the toilet they told us to deal with it . Charged me $50 for parking twice which still isn’t fixed . Never again
