My eight year old son picked this hotel based off the online photos. I was skeptical, however I am teaching my son the enigma of choices. The room we were assigned had a construction site view and the room was not refreshed from the previous guest. The couch was in disarray, the bathroom had two towels, one face towel, and two hand towels. The shower had hair from the previous guest and the toilet had urine stained on the tile below it along with urine stains dried on the stool flowing down to the stains on the floor. The floor was dirty and to top it all off. The fitted sheet didn’t fit the bed so half of the bed was not covered by the fitted sheet. There is no privacy in the shower area and the only inside door is the toilet area. There is no ironing board only a cheap and I mean cheap garnet steamer. My son, even commented “That steamer is terrible and not like the one we have at home!” I advised him we are in a budget hotel and the idea is not for it to feel like home. It was awful, however it was one a nights stay so my son and I made the best of it. Marriott Bonvoy, I mentioned that as the desk clerk asked for my Bonvoy member number should be ashamed at the state of the rooms.

Aloft was perfect for our stay in Orlando, and very close to Discovery Cove (our only scheduled adventure here). The room was spacious and the amenities were great.We enjoyed the lobby bar (WXYZ) as well as the pool table, and free popcorn. We'll definitely be back!

Aloft… Ridiculous but NEVER AGAIN.

The room was extremely small. The bathroom and shower were behind my bed’s headboard. But what really upset me is the nightly $26 plus tax parking charge. This ain’t no Disney Resort to be charging that much for parking. I then went downstairs for coffee, and they wanted to charge $10 for breakfast.

My go to hotel because of modern and hip vibe.

Perfect place to stay if a flight is cancelled in Orlando. Nice receptionist. Clean and well designed room.

Loved my stay

The stay was great. Only downfall was the noise the ac made all night and the guy across the street was cutting tiles and doing loud work early so i coudnt sleep in.
