No frills

Hotel is older, but remodeled, clean & quiet. Pool is NOT heated, but there is a small hot tub that can accommodate 8 without feeling crowded. Nothing can be signed to room so you have to carry card/cash. Spa is NOT on property, but rather 5 minute drive away. Complimentary drinks with booking are only 4-5 pm so we missed that. It was fine for a quick stay and about 1/2 the price of some others, but definitely not what was expected.

This place is extremely overpriced for what you’re actually getting. Made a last minute booking to this hotel for me and my husband and would not stay here again. The only positives are that it’s relatively clean and in a great area. Other than that this hotel is very dated, there are broken fixtures in the hallways and in the rooms like in the tiling of the bathroom, mirrors basically hanging off screws, kind of creepy rooms because they are so bare and the hallways too. They don’t even give you a little bar soap or toothpaste in the room which is pretty standard and I think for $330 for ONE night that should at least be included. Customer service was lacking too, front desk staff was not rude but they were clearly uninterested in assisting us checking in. Parking is fine. Theres a little vending machine available for basic toiletries that doesn’t even work (we tried to get toothpaste which they were charging $19 for). Again, this is an average hotel at best but the price point is unacceptable for what you’re actually getting.

Great stay close enough to the convention center. Nice on-site restaurant with happy hour, beautiful pool area although I didn’t get to enjoy as it rained when I was there. Highly recommend for the price, location and space of the hotel!

Last Minute Booking...Wouldn't Stay Again

This was a same day booking from my son and I. The front desk staff was nice and informative. The room was dated, furniture should be replaced, under the dresser was dirty and there was white powder by the bed. The housekeeping staff was vacuuming before 8am so don't plan to sleep in. Fellow guests and kids were in hallway cursing and yelling.
