The staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were cozzy and very enjoyable, pool area and Wilson restaurant. We didn’t get to enjoy the transportation to the parks however the staff was pretty helpful and accommodating. I will indeed go back

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. The restaurant had great food and entertainment. Will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is dreadful – – do not stay here! The furniture is old and shabby, and the one restaurant can almost be deemed absurd due to its extremely limited options. There is nothing nearby vis a vis good restaurants, so one is stuck here with a lousy Caesar salad. And if you are put on a low floor, which I was, you will have to be nervous about the sliding glass door to the outside with a very flimsy looking lock. I did not have an opportunity to get into the pool, but it looked lousy, filled with kids and cloudy looking water. Yuck. I would never return here, even if paid to do so!

The restaurant and bar were a nice option to have onsite. Even though they feature live entertainment the rooms were quiet. Convenient location to theme parks.

The room was great and included a kitchen with a balcony. I really enjoyed the restaurant, and ended up eating several meals there. The wait staff and bartenders were great, and I really liked the food. It was a great experience, and if I travel to Orlando again, I would definitely try to book this place first.

One of the worst properties I ever stayed in. Their cleaning service is the worst every single day they would always miss something either missing to fill out the paper coffee cups we run out off or they would skip cleaning our room or they would forget to provide us with the bathroom essentials eg toothbrush And they don’t seem like they care about costumers experience Some of their staff are not friendly / shows some racism and on their check in experience was the worst they don’t even have initiative to help you with your luggage. I am never getting back to them

Hotel was really nice and presentable. Friday night they had live music and the vibe was awesome. Not many amenities to enjoy, it was a simple hotel. Liam was really great during our check in. Very convenient location with Disney parks near, gas station, Publix and many restaurants. We had dessert in the Wilson and our waitress was great (I think it was Sarah) she was super nice. The brownie was super good and marg pizza which was excellent. I like the restaurant layout where you can see them making the food and the bar in the middle was cute. I loved all the Halloween decor throughout the hotel, very cute touch. Room was spacious and tall ceilings, clean, beds comfortable but it needs some love with the furniture. It was all banged up and nicked everywhere. We only had 1 trash can in the bathroom which was small so that was kind of annoying. Sink clogged and toilet handle was really hard to flush. They only had 1 ice machine on the 2nd floor and it wasn’t working (we were on the 5th floor) so I had to keep going to the bar to ask for ice. Pool was nice but really wish it was heated cause it was so cold by the time I got to it. Free drink incentive is mind of misleading cause it’s only from 4p-5p, we thought it was whenever as listed “per day”. Overall, I would likely stay here again.

Front desk staff were great. Room was very average. Pool was icy cold in mid October - unusable. Biggest disappointment was the restaurant and bar. Don’t expect to eat after a long day at the parks. They closed the kitchen at 9:30 despite being told pizza was available until 11:00. I was rudely told to go to Wendy’s.
