Not only the room but the common areas that I used were spotless! I had bent seen such a clean hotel. It was nice to have “cleaners” refresh the room daily. The pool area was very inviting and clean. The bartenders were super friendly as was the front desk and the bell hop (man at main entrance outside (valet?) ). Was very easy to park on site. Loved proximity to Disney springs and target.

Room was good, one day we lacked hot water. People smoked on balconies and it prevented us from sitting on ours. Button in elevator worked and didn’t work, we informed the staff. All in all it was good.

The front desk staff is not professional enough. I have booked a king size balcony room. When I requested to change another room as I don’t like the room with a connected door. They strictly switched me to a standard no balcony room without asking me if I prefer to . That means to downgrade my room as I have paid for a higher category of room . Besides, the bathroom is very small. It is not proportionate big enough to the room.
