This was my second stay at this hotel. The desk attendants are helpful and cordial, the hotel and rooms are immaculate, and I love the Dove body products. Its in walking distance from Disney Springs and offers free shuttle service to the parks. Definitely my hotel of choice when going to Disney.

Faucet in the bathroom was very loose, issues with the shower fixtures, and the room itself was old, refrigerator: old, etc. Decent place, especially if you want to be close to Disney Springs, but doesn't live up to the higher price of such a place.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. I booked it non-refundable by accident and felt a little stuck. But upon arrival we found the property very clean and well kept. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The pool looked renovated and pretty and the rooms were quiet and clean. We were surprised that we were offered a free drink at the bar around check in and they offered to arrange transportation to the Disney parks for us. We didnt use this service but very nice to know. The only thing negative I can say was the breakfast stations were a little gross. Matbe not worth the price if it's not included in your stay. Overall, I would say we would probably book here again.

This hotel is very expensive for what you get with extra charges such as parking and a resort fee. The room was a 2 star at best. Travellers to Disney are advised to stay at an hotel away from the park and drive in as parking at the hotel was a similar price to the Disney parking. The restaurant was also expensive for the quality of food.
