This hotel really needs some updating. The room felt old and run-down, and the door wouldn’t even close properly, which didn’t feel secure. The sheets had a musky smell, which made it hard to feel comfortable or clean. Overall, the stay was disappointing — definitely not worth the price until they do some serious improvements.

Bed was ok staff was nice transportation busses were somewhat rude and could have been friendlier. Building seems a bit run down compared to our previous stays. This is the hotel we have stayed at for 4 trips in a row for reference but are considering going the traditional resort route next time

Not what I expected from Disney hotel

I prepaid so that I could just go to desk for key card and go. Instead I had to stand in line while others were checking in. What time did I SAVE. Perhaps you could have a separate line for that service. Then our room temperature said 68. However it wasn’t. It was hot! We went out to eat then returned late only to find out it was still hot! And we were to exhausted, so we dealt with it. I was totally shocked when we paid $7.00 for a bottle of water. We were at a hotel in St. Augustine the week prior to our stay with you. And never did we pay for our waters. Your staff was courteous and helpful. I paid $30. On a separate credit card from the one I used for the hotel. And I was only credited $25. For valet services. Totally disappointed

I enjoyed staying here at this hotel of Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista. Especially since it’s close to Disney Springs which is literally within five minutes of walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and provided plenty of pillows and blankets to make sure we get a good rest. Would I come here again? Of course! This will be MY go-to hotel to stay whenever I vacation here in Orlando.

Drip, drip, drip.

Staff was amazing! The property was beautiful. The room, outdated. The shower dripped for all 3 days of our stay. Not impressed with the room quality. The rest was great.

Excellent for Disney goers as there is free transportation to the parks snd Disney Springs is right next door! We have stayed here 4 times now and always had a great time, staff are always helpful and quick to respond to queries, givibg service with a smile
