I usually love my stay at Dolphin resort, we ordered room service for the first time and it was horrible. The pizza and the mac n cheese were cold, the salad was good though. I don't mind paying the higher price but cold food was inexcusable.

This is our favorite hotel near Disney! We stay here for all our Disney “staycation” weekends. This last trip was super spontaneous and Josh made our check in a wonderful experience. Thanks Josh! Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back before we know it! You can’t beat the location of this property.

We had alarms go off in our room and when we called and went down to the desk they were not concerned or helpful. The carpet was coming off the wall. The location was the best part.

Room was comfortable but a bit worn. I had absolutely no internet access from my room and only could get it in the lobby, despite having premium access to internet. Transportation to parks and Disney Springs worked well. The location is very convenient for accessing Disney Boardwalk and Epcot.

Everything was great premium room was outstanding great size clean and spacious. Corridors were clean and quiet, shops and restaurants were perfect value and quality, location is the key walkable in 20mins to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. All round great experience all ready waiting for dates to be released for next year
