Overall the stay was great. Staff were very helpful. We had some issues with the room carpet but it was taken care of as soon as I reported to the front desk. I very much recommend this place.

The best thing about this place is the person I met coming in at the front. I really wish I had gotten the young ladies name when we got there. She had braids was a young girl with a nose ring, pretty young lady, she was so polite very very courteous. She was the one that told us how to get to our room very informative and a nice smile she just made you feel welcome. Places need more people like her. Two issues I had with the place, the first issue was that we had eight people staying at the house and they knew this. Toilet paper and bath towels /washcloths were at a minimum. With eight people there should be two towels apiece and at least two rolls of toilet paper in each of the three bathrooms. The only toilet paper we had was what was hanging on the roll, we requested more and they told us we had to buy our own. Finally they did come with 2 more rolls. They told us we had to wash our own towels but no one had a second towel or washcloth to use. There was a sign on the sink in the kitchen that said to call the pantry when we needed something but when we called we were told to buy our own. That wouldn’t have been a problem if the sign wasn’t there telling us to call. Secondly, I had an issue with the couch bed being broken and couch mattress being nasty. I feel the furniture fabric needs a good cleaning at least once a month and replace the couch mattress when needed. And if you don’t know, the couch bed is broken, then someone’s not cleaning or informing mgmt. properly.

Hello, I was not pleased by the cleanliness of our unit. The woodwork the dishwasher the cabinets were all very dirty. The oven was so filthy that the one time we attempted using it we had to shut it off because our unit filled with smoke and we could not heat up our food. We had to open doors and windows to release the smoke. The floors were less than desirable, I wouldn’t let my daughter walk around barefoot or even in her socks since they became dirty and the thought of dirt from others is quite gross. The living room furniture had visible stains on it and I had to clean the coffee table that was visibly dirty. The kitchen closet had broken potato chips on the floor, assuming they were from the last renter and clearly was never properly vacuumed. I voiced all of this to the representative that checked us out and the only response I got was WE ARE SORRY . I do wish that I addressed this on the day of check in, however, being focused on getting to the parks and meeting our reservations early in the morning and not arriving back to our unit until late at night, didn’t leave us with much time to chitchat with anyone at the front desk. Thank you for your time . I hope this message reaches someone who cares . Hopefully this can be rectified and will never happen again for future renters.

The resort was nice but with some flaws, such a nail sticking out of the stairway, dishwasher not working properly and poorly designed within the kitchen to function properly and couldn't open correctly with the other cabinetry. The resources such as toilet paper, garbage bags, enough kitchen items (cutting knifes, cooking) were stingy and the staff were reluctant to provide further resources; did not feel welcomed (front desk was not very welcoming or as helpful as we would have wished). However, the outside staff such as lawn maintenance were very pleasant and welcoming. Pool and waterslide facilities were nice.

It was perfect . Booked the 4 bdr with private jaccuzi. The entire resort is just beautiful . The appartment is clean and spacious. Knowing we had laundry machine in the appartment it was a bonus. Perfect for fanily or couple. Very safe gated area. Pool and commune area is beautiful. It will be my go to from now on. Location is great , staff amazing polite helpful Downside: the kitchen is not super equipped to cook for large family but doable. AC was not functionning super well and not cooling really but weather was not too hot so we opened the windows

Although the photos are appealing, several areas of the unit felt dated—most noticeably the bathrooms. Hot water was limited due to outdated water heaters, and we went six full days without hot water in one restroom. Unfortunately, maintenance staff were rude, and the front desk appeared indifferent to our concerns. Several basic household essentials were missing, including an ironing board, toilet brush, plunger, mop, broom, and sufficient cookware. While the TVs are smart, the selection of downloadable apps is very limited. On a positive note, the location is convenient, with easy access to stores and restaurants, and Old Towne is just steps away. Overall, my specific unit was not worth the price, and the level of customer service did not meet expectations.

Had a “good” stay. Townhome concept worked great for our family of 6 that needed 4 bedrooms. Things we wish we had known/considered… cleaning service is only provided at the end of your stay. Extra fee for service during stay. Bring trash bags, TP, and laundry detergent.

Check in was very slow. Waitied 20 min. The unit was clean. They dont provide any extra paper goods eg toilet and paper towel. The kitchen had basic utensils and cutlery. A kurreg coffee maker would have been nice. There is no salt and pepper or condiments at all. A broom and dust pan would have been helpfull. We did a shop on arrival for all small basics we needed. The ensuite had a terrible small like urrine on our last day. I belive a gas smell from the shower drain. The site is convenient and there is gate with a guard. Close to alot of stores and restaurants. The hottub was nice once it took a day to reach temp. They turn it down.
