We didn’t have much interaction with Staff beside the Valet parking. Even though they were very nice and friendly, the way the have set up for picking up the car is not easy to navigate when there is 20 cars leaving the lot. It’s very difficult to drive between cars and people accessing those car.

Bathroom shower was not cleaned properly. There was human hairs on the shower walls. Balcony door is locked and can't be opened. This room was booked with "view", but horrible with useless balcony decorative bulky stone rail. You can hear sounds coming from outdoor wedding reception, next door neighbors, and late night restaurant chair sounds and music. HORRIBLE!

It's a beautiful property. The only real downside to this is it's all enclosed which is great but hotel allows children to run around and scream at the top of their lungs at all hours of the night and it just echoes throughout the whole enclosure. Very loud and disruptive. I would think that security or someone would speak with the parents after say 11:00 but nope they've run rampant. Also, the hotel's concept for restaurants could be improved drastically.

Property was nice and staff. The only thing I don’t like is that I didn’t get what i asked . I asked for an atrium king bed room and when i got there they said they only had an accessible one and was a 2 double bed. Next day they could arrange to put me in another room on what I asked. For paying that much they should have what we asked or reserved. Also long line for checking, not enough personnel.
