We love this hotel. When we booked our Disney trip, we instantly knew we would stay again. The shuttles are amazing, the breakfast sandwiches are amazing. So close to Disney springs, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Staff are so helpful and really make your time there memorable.

I’ve stayed here 8-10 times now. I always have a good experience. Staff hurry to help you for the most part. Unlike most if not all Disney resorts the cast members tend to disappear when they see you looking for help. This resort offers all the benefits of a Disney resort with out the price tag of a Disney Resort. Yes there are one off situations that have occurred but overall it’s a 10/10 for me.

Stayed here for the Disney Springtime Surprise race weekend. Disney Springs is right across the street to pickup Disney buses. Was able to walk to Saratoga Springs to catch the shuttle back from the race. Hotel setup ride share for transportation to the the start- extremely thankful!
