Rooms are well stocked with cooking utensils. Room was ckean stayed in 900 building 2 bedroom very comfortable for 6 people. Stayed in building ten also a little older model but very comfortable. Very close to fast food and disney. Great stay!

The stay was fine but not all rooms are equal. We had 2 2 bedroom units. One was great, but the other had very worn furniture and smelled musty.

From the second, I arrived at this property I should’ve known it was going to be a disastrous day. The front desk staff didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. When they finally acknowledged us, they said we’ll be back in just a minute and came back five minutes later to check me in. Then we got to our room and immediately when we walked in it smelled like cigarette smoke. There are two bedrooms in this unit and although there’s a lot of space in this property, the bedrooms were so outdated. The beds have so much dust behind them on the carpet on the floor. The window shades were broken and when I tried to close them one of the blades fell down. The bathroom had chips all over the tile and the tub. There was mold in the ceiling in the bathrooms. The dryer wouldn’t dry after two solid cycles. And every night there was people in the parking lot that were partying out of the back of their car as if there’s no security anywhere on the property. And at two in the morning. wouldn’t dry after two solid cycles. And every night there was people in the parking lot that were partying out of the back of their car screaming and yelling obscenities.

Very Courteous staff, the store and restaurant were very convenient. The location was awesome couldn't be better for disney everything 5 minutes away. big spacious room loved that it had 2 bathrooms with the master having jets in the tub, my wife loved it. Definitely would stay again.

Silver Lake overall? Clean, beautiful, friendly. Loved having a kitchenette with a microwave and a mini fridge, as well as a balcony and a very soft, cloudy king sized bed (room was awesome). Ice was easily accessible, they have a nice movie theater and lobby, front desk was very responsive, *most* staff was friendly and helpful. Wi-fi? Eh. Could be better, comes and goes. Capital Vacations, though? A big NO. As soon as I stepped into the building and was trying to retrieve my parking pass, I was convinced to pay $40 for an upcoming presentation in order to get free goodies at the end (which I wasn’t going to qualify for anyway and I found out afterwards). I’m not going to go into detail, but it was a total scam and I ended up losing the money. Don’t recommend.
