Hotel is immaculate and superb. It was an amazing last 4 nights of our holiday where we could relax after 2 weeks of parks and travelling. The grounds are amazing, the pools and lazy river is amazing. The other facilities like gym, games (like pool, table tennis etc) were immaculate. The rooms are grand and spacious - really classy. The staff are extremely attentive and will do anything to help. Lickerty split (coffee/croissants/ice cream) shop is great. It is expensive but absolutely worth it!!

Truly a level above other high end hotel brands. The service, the personal touch, the ability to anticipate needs…unmatched.

We got a park-facing room. It was beautiful - so clean and so spacious. The staff was excellent - from those working at the front desk to those working at the pools to housekeeping. The Capa restaurant was amazing - definitely worth it. And they had excellent, reliable transportation to and from the Disney parks. Definitely one of the best properties I’ve stayed at.
