We stayed in a garden view room. The check in process was easy. Parking was close to where we were staying. The room was clean and beautifully designed. We were able to park the car at the hotel and walk to the Magic Kingdom within minutes even on check out day! This avoided parking and waiting at the transportation hub to get to the Magic Kingdom entrance. We also had a pass to visit one of the water parks for free on check in day. We would definitely stay again!

I loved this hotel, 5 minute walk to magic kingdom. Our room was incredibles themed which was a nice added touch. Loved the toiletries in the room and beds were very comfy. Could have been soundproofed a little better but I think this is probably the case for most hotels. Loved it and would return

Great location and property! However, it is a bit overpriced with minimal inclusions. There are no discounts on the Disney parks or any perks with staying with a Disney hotel.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I prepaid my room via Expedia before arrival. However, upon check-out, the hotel double-charged my credit card for over $2,200 CAD without my authorization. I had no room charges or incidental spending whatsoever. When I brought this to their attention, the staff displayed complete negligence and unhelpfulness, refusing to refund the unauthorized charge and blaming third-party channels. It is completely unreasonable to treat guests this way. Zero accountability and terrible service. Proceed with extreme caution!
