Booked this on expedia and received lots of great communication from Ramada. On arrival, it became apparent that this was an old property (Flamingo Waterpark) recently purchased by Ramada. The signs in the hotel still said Flamingo and there was a small Ramada sign on the street (very difficult to see during the day and impossible to see at night). But, worse, the property is in terrible condition. Peeling paint, rusty hardware (door handles, plumbing, sink), dirty and broken light fixtures, and noisy fans. And, worse than that, the room SMELLS AWFUL. A mixture of cigarette smoke, body odor, mildew, and sewage. A perfect hotel for hourly rental by streetwalkers and their customers, but a far cry from a Ramada.

I found the hidden in the small print of Expedia that I would have to fork out another 65$ for "Membership" at 2am in the morning after having a Taxi bill of 100$ Because there was no address for the Hotel on my ticket or itinerary confirmation.

Nice & Big, Good Location "BUT" Seriously Run Down Condition! "Has a Lot of Potential after Maintenance Deferred Issues Resolved"! 1) Check-In was Pleasant *& Efficient. 2) Guest Room: a) No Closet OR any even any Hooks to Hang Clothes??? b) Floor was 'Obviously' Dirty...you could 'see' Dirt Particles in Plain Sight...needed to be Swept or Vacuumed. c) Entry Light Switch didn't Turn on Anything...later Figured out the Fan Light Pull Chain needed to be Pulled. 3) Elevator: Building #3 & #4-Elevator makes a VERY Loud Low Frequency 'Howling Sound' that you can literally hear in the far away guest Rooms?! ->"Elevator Inspection Certificate Expired" 08/25?! Obviously needs to be Serviced! 4) waterpark has potential 'BUT' needs Paint to be Freshened Up. 5) "Included" Breakfast was a Joke! Cold Pancakes, No Fresh Fruit except a Few Whole Apples, One Dry Cereal, Hard Boiled Eggs, Coffee has a Sulphur Taste & Odor (machine just needs a water filter).

The staff was great. There is no elevator. There was no place to hang my clothing. The building is old but not in need of repair. The room and common areas are well maintained. The water park was a nice attraction when fully operational. This is a good place for a family on a budget.

Deadbolt on room broke, wouldn't lock. Sink very slow to drain and stopper wouldn't move up or down. Elevator very noisy like it was going to hit any minute. Free breakfast was not good. Pancakes were cold. Poor selection. No eggs, meat. Hotel was convenient to area we went to . Refrigerator in room worked great. Staff was friendly.

The hotel was suppose to be a great hotel, but all activities for kids was closed, the play water, the play room, the water slides, the water playground and they still charged us for the resort fee. The breakfast is just pancakes and boiled eggs. The room really smell mold and a lot things is old and it’s not functioning. The receptionist Isabela, she was really nice.

It was good breakfast was simple toast and cereal. Parking fine. Room was clean and updated no carpet. Coffee machine broke but they replaced it right away. Have to get new keurig cups daily though. Front desk gave out pool towels. Overall it was fine
