Father's day weekend trip...crowded but still okay. Main complaint is the amount of various smoking products aromas around the perimeter of the waterpark . Pool food was good, but pricey.

There were bugs in the rooms that we booked. We booked 2 rooms and they both had bugs. The waterpark closed because of a storm and when the storm passed and it reopened, they did NOT reopen the slides, and my kids were extremely disappointed.

Our room was not what I booked, the new renovated rooms are at the end of the hotel and are what you see on the website but you are not guaranteed the room you book. There was cheese its and other food under the mattress to the bunk bed I found when putting the sheet on for my kid. The door had a gap all the way around it, was worse on the bottom and it didn't even shut. When leaving the room if I didn't pull shut or push the door from the inside it wouldn't be closed. The bathroom door handle worked part of the time and the lock will lock you in there if no one else is in the room to open the door from the outside. The toilet ran for over a hour after being used. The bunk bed had miss and loose bolts on it. The dresser top drawer was hard to pull out as if it wasn't on the tracks right, and there was a smell coming from the bathroom that just got worse and worse as the time went. The ceiling fan blades were loose and made a noise when the fan was turned on like they were about to fly off. No one will answer the phone when I call and the manager was contacted about these issues and she would not reply. Overall was not clean or safe to stay at. Very disappointed with the false advertisement of the facility and rooms.

I had requested a king with handicap accessible n yes it was accessible but not safe the bathroom shower water runs to the floor of the bathroom making bathroom slippery, desk chair was broken, the pool remained dirty, the was no counter in the bathroom to put toiletries. Dirty pillowcases and sheets complained to maid and she said that they would change sheets and room was not cleaned for my entire stay.

We have stayed here many times. The rooms are adequate beds comfortable. The rooms were extremely noisy from the bar party. Staff was kind and very helpful. I like the upgrades to the outside area.
