The room did not appear clean. The continental breakfast is bread, cereal, coffee, and a yogurt bowel. The kids park had a huge hole in the ground that was not covered or had a sign to let someone know. The slides are all closed. I would not return here.

Location is not ideal, and the grounds were very dirty. The blow dryer in my room did not work, and the breakfast is… very lacking. Hard boil eggs, biscuits and gravy, and cereal are about it. The staff was fine but the room itself was also not great. It felt dingy and there was a soft spot in the shower floor. Over all needs work.

Hotel is very run down. Furnishings are very old. The tub faucet leaked. The drain for tun was so bent you couldn't use the tub. The door never closed properly so the alarm to it was constantly going off. Used and abandoned office furniture at edge of parking lot. This may have been a great place in it's prime but that time has come and gone. The water park closed for weather but it looks like it hasn't been operational in 10 years. It could definitely use a makeover and a few coats of paint. The extremely overpriced breakfast they charge you for was ABSURD!! Small pancakes, hard boiled egg, toast or cereal in a run down "restaurant" that hasn't been revamped since built in 1984. For $20+ per person? Someone done lost their mind. Served it's purpose but I would not recommend nor stay here again.

Listen, save your money. This place charges a resort fee probably all year around. Orlando was in the low 40’s and no one in their right mind was going to go to the pool or water park in those temperatures. Expedia doesn’t show that fee. The hotel itself reminded me of the movie zodiac. Truly the most ugliest hotel. I was trying to save money on hotel since it’s the least place you spend time. But I rather have spent an extra 100$ and gone somewhere nicer. The blankets were probably made from recycled paper, so scratchy. The towels were probably also from paper. Let’s not talk about the toilet paper. Public bathrooms have better paper. Better luck next time

From the front desk to tha accommodations was excellent. Staff very professional and pleasant. Room was very clean and accommodating for all my needs, however was surprised that it didn’t have a closet but not deal breaker. I have rested so good the bed was so comfortable and the pillows was comfortable. Anyway I booked again for the end of my vacation.

The place looked run down, dirty and unkept. It is not a Ramada. They just threw a sign over the old hotel name. We specifically got this hotel for its water park, which was not running. No slides only a pool.
